Claims (10)
- 산화알루미늄(Al2O3) 35~45중량%, 실리카(SiO2) 25~35중량%, 지르코니아(ZrO2) 10~20중량%, 산화마그네슘(MgO) 2~5중량%, 산화칼륨(K2O) 2~4중량%, 산화나트륨(Na2O) 2~5중량%, 산화제2철(Fe2O3) 1~3중량%, 산화칼슘(CaO) 1~3중량%, 산화티탄(Ti0) 0.1~0.5중량% 및 결합제 1~2중량%를 혼합하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 토양 중화용 세라믹 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는,키토산, 셀룰로오스, 녹말, 폴리비닐알콜, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 토양 중화용 세라믹 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는,1~2중량%의 수용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 토양 중화용 세라믹 조성물.
- 산화알루미늄(Al2O3) 35~45중량%, 실리카(SiO2) 25~35중량%, 지르코니아(ZrO2) 10~20중량%, 산화마그네슘(MgO) 2~5중량%, 산화칼륨(K2O) 2~4중량%, 산화나트륨(Na2O) 2~5중량%, 산화제2철(Fe2O3) 1~3중량%, 산화칼슘(CaO) 1~3중량%, 산화티탄(Ti0) 0.1~0.5중량% 및 결합제 1~2중량%를 혼합하여 입상화하는 입상화 단계(S100)와;입상화된 고형물에 정제수를 넣고 숙성시키는 숙성단계(S200)와;상기 숙성된 고형물을 소성가공하는 소성단계(S300); 및소성된 재료를 분쇄기에 투입하여 미립자 상태로 분쇄하는 분쇄단계(S400);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 토양 중화용 세라믹 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는,키토산, 셀룰로오스, 녹말, 폴리비닐알콜, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 토양 중화용 세라믹 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는,1~2중량%의 수용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 토양 중화용 세라믹 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 숙성단계(S200)는,입상화된 고형물 100중량%를 기준으로 정제수 15~20중량%를 첨가한 다음 120~180℃의 온도에서 50~70시간 동안 숙성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 토양 중화용 세라믹 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 소성단계(S300)는,상기 숙성된 고형물을 900~1200℃의 온도로 5~8시간 동안 소성가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토양 중화용 세라믹 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 분쇄단계(S400)는,소성된 재료를 60~80메시로 분쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토양 중화용 세라믹 분말의 제조방법.
- 산화알루미늄(Al2O3) 40.2중량%, 실리카(SiO2) 30.5중량%, 지르코니아(ZrO2) 14.79중량%, 산화마그네슘(MgO) 3.44중량%, 산화칼륨(K2O) 3.16중량%, 산화나트륨(Na2O) 3.14중량%, 산화칼슘(CaO) 2.10중량%, 산화제2철(Fe2O3) 1.3중량%, 산화티탄(Ti0) 0.29중량% 및 결합제 1.08중량%를 혼합하여 입상화하는 입상화 단계(S100)와;입상화된 고형물 100중량%를 기준으로 정제수 15~20중량%를 첨가한 다음 120~180℃의 온도에서 50~70시간 동안 숙성시키는 숙성단계(S200)와;상기 숙성된 고형물을 900~1200℃의 온도로 5~8시간 동안 소성가공하는 소성단계(S300); 및소성된 재료를 분쇄기에 투입하여 60~80메시의 미립자 상태로 분쇄하는 분쇄단계(S400);를 포함하여 이루어지는 토양 중화용 세라믹 분말을 토양과 배합하여 사용하는 친환경 토경 재배방법.
