Description
Claims (2)
- 일체형 피스톤으로서,용접결합에 의해 결합되는 최소한 두 개의 강철 부분(13, 15)으로 형성되고, 환형으로 된 외부의 링벨트(14)벽을 구비하되 이 링벨트벽이 상부면(16)과 이 상부면으로부터 이격된 링벨트벽의 하부영역(18)의 사이에서 연장되어 있는 피스톤동체(11) ;링벨트벽에 형성되어 있되 상단변부를 가진 하나의 상부 링요구(20)를 포함하는 다수의 링요구(20,22,24) ;피스톤동체의 상부면(16)에 형성되고 연소구벽(30)에 의하여 부분적으로 윤곽이 드러나는 연소구(28) ;링벨트벽으로부터 방사상 내측으로 이격되고 상단부에서는 연소구벽(30)에 의하여 링벨트벽과 결합되어 있으면서 하단부에서는 하단벽(36)에 의해서 링벨트벽과 결합되어 있는 환상의 내부지지벽(34) ;핀공축선(A)을 따라 일직선으로 배치된 핀공(42)을 가진 한 쌍의 핀보스(38) ; 및상부면과 하부면을 가진 핀보스(38)와는 하나의 고정부로서 형성된 피스톤스커트(46)를 포함하고,상기 링벨트벽, 연소구벽(30), 하단벽(36), 및 내부지지벽(34)의 사이에서 내부의 오일 갤러리(32)를 형성하고 있으며, 오일 갤러리(32)의 상측부가 상기 상부 링요구(20)의 상단부 위로 뻗어 있으며,다음의 치수 관계, 즉ISMD = BD의 42-55% (ISMD는 내부지지벽의 평균직경을 나타내고 BD는 링벨트벽의 외경을 나타냄),ISW = BD의 3-8% (ISW는 내부지지벽의 단면폭을 나타냄),CH > BD의 53% (CH는 핀공축선과 상부면 사이에서 측정된 압축높이(a compression height)를 나타냄),TLH > BD의 4% (TLH는 상부 링요구의 상측부와 상부면의 사이에서 측정된 상부영역높이(a top land height)를 나타냄),SL = BD의 30-80% (SL은 피스톤 스커트의 상측단부와 하측단부의 사이에서 측정된 피스톤 스커트의 길이를 나타냄),SW = BD의 2.5-6.5% (SW는 피스톤 스커트의 두께를 나타냄), 및GA = BD2의 150-250%와 GV = BD2 x CH의 5-20% (GA는 상기한 바와 같은 면적이고 GV는 오일 갤러리의 체적을 나타냄)를 가지는 일체형 피스톤.
