- 일측면으로는 셀 형상의 패턴이 형성되어 있고 타측면으로는 매끈한 면이 형성된 금속재질의 마스터벨트(11)와 이 마스터벨트(11)를 지지하면서 회전시키는 원통 형태의 지지롤(12)과 마스터벨트(11)를 지속적으로 회전시키는 회전롤(13) 및 마스터벨트(11)의 착탈과 장력을 돕는 텐션롤(14)로 구성된 마스터부(10)와;상기 마스터부(10)의 상·하부에 설치되어 필름(50)을 이송시키는 이송롤(21)과 상기 지지롤(12)과 맞물려 회전하여 자외선 경화도료가 필름(50) 표면에 형성되도록 하는 가압롤(22)로 구성된 이송부(20)와;상기 마스터부(10)의 하단에 형성되어 마스터벨트(11)의 표면에 자외선 경화도료가 공급되도록 제1·2·3·4가이드롤(31a, 31b, 31c, 31d)과 제1·2공급롤(32a, 32b) 및 제1·2공급블레이드(33a, 33b)로 구성된 도료공급부(30)와;필름(50)의 표면에 형성된 자외선 경화도료를 경화시키도록 자외선 램프(41)와 실린더(42)로 구성된 경화부(40)로 구성된 롤 코팅장치에 있어서,제1·2공급롤(32a, 32b)은 제1·3가이드롤(31a, 31c)과 맞물려 회전하되, 제1·3가이드롤(31a, 31c)의 회전방향과 역방향으로 회전되도록 하여 제1·3가이드롤(31a, 31c)과 제1·2공급롤(32a, 32b) 사이를 지나는 마스터벨트(11)에 자외선 경화도료를 강제로 공급되도록 구성되며,제1·2공급블레이드(33a, 33b)는 제2·4가이드롤(31b, 31d)과 대응되는 위치에 설치되되, 수평프레임 상에 설치된 블레이드 형태로 설치되어, 제2·4가이드롤(31b, 31d)을 지나는 마스터벨트(11)와 저항이 생기도록 마찰시켜 제1·2공급롤(32a, 32b)에 의해 공급된 자외선 경화도료를 마스터벨트(11)의 셀 내부로 보다 깊숙하게 공급되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 롤 코팅장치.
