여기서, 바람직하게는, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 RFID 송수신기는 수신 기저대역 신호를 저잡음 증폭하는 저잡음 버퍼를 필터 전단에 더 포함한다.
Claims (9)
- 수신 무선 주파수 신호를 증폭하는 저잡음 증폭기(low noise amplifier);상기 저잡음 증폭기에서 증폭된 신호를 주파수 하향변환하여 수신 기저대역 신호를 생성하는 수신 혼합기(mixer);송신 디지털 신호를 송신 기저대역 신호로 변환하는 디지털-아날로그 변환기(digital-analog converter);상기 수신 기저대역 신호 또는 상기 송신 기저대역 신호를 선택적으로 입력받아 필터링하는 필터(filter);상기 수신 기저대역 신호가 상기 필터에서 필터링된 신호를 수신 디지털 신호로 변환하는 아날로그-디지털 변환기(analog-digital converter);소정의 기저대역 주파수를 갖는 싱글톤(single tone)의 연속파형(continuous wave)을 생성하는 연속파형 생성기(CW generator);상기 송신 기저대역 신호가 상기 필터에서 필터링된 신호 또는 상기 연속파형 생성기의 출력을 선택적으로 입력받아 주파수 상향변환하여 송신 무선 주파수 신호를 생성하는 송신 혼합기;상기 송신 무선 주파수 신호를 증폭하는 구동 증폭기(drive amplifier);상기 필터로 입력되는 신호를 선택하는 제1 스위치;상기 송신 혼합기로 입력되는 신호를 선택하는 제2 스위치;상기 필터의 출력신호를 상기 아날로그-디지털 변환기 또는 상기 송신 혼합기로 선택적으로 전달하는 제3 스위치; 및상기 제1 내지 제3 스위치를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는, RFID 송수신기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수신 기저대역 신호를 저잡음 증폭하는 저잡음 버퍼를 상기 필터 전단에 더 포함하는, RFID 송수신기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 필터에서 필터링된 신호를 증폭하는 프로그램가능 이득 증폭기를 더 포함하는, RFID 송수신기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 필터는 저대역 필터(lowpass filter) 또는 대역통과 필터(bandpass filter)인, RFID 송수신기.
