Claims (4)
- 구동실린더의 제1포트와 소통하는 제1유로;구동실린더의 제2포트와 소통하고, 상기 제1유로와 병렬로 연결된 제2유로;상기 제1유로에 설치되고, 평시개방구조의 전자제어밸브로 구성된 제1개폐밸브;상기 제2유로에 설치되고, 평시개방구조의 전자제어밸브로 구성된 제2개폐밸브;상기 제1유로 상의 상기 제1개폐밸브와 구동실린더의 제1포트 사이의 지점에서 합류하는 제1공급유로;상기 제2유로 상의 상기 제2개폐밸브와 구동실린더의 제2포트 사이의 지점에서 합류하는 제2공급유로;상기 제1공급유로 상의 제1개폐밸브 하류측에 설치된 제1체크밸브;상기 제2공급유로 상의 제2개폐밸브 하류측에 설치된 제2체크밸브;상기 제1 및 제2 공급유로와 소통하고, 압유가 충전된 압유탱크;상기 압유탱크의 압유를 상기 제1 및 제2 공급유로로 공급하는 공급펌프;상기 제1 및 제2 공급유로와 상기 압유탱크 사이에 개재되고, 상기 공급펌프의 토출구를 상기 제1 및 제2 공급유로에 선택적으로 접속시키는 전환밸브; 및상기 제1 및 제2 개폐밸브, 상기 전환밸브와 전기적으로 접속되는 제어부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 구동용 유압제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전환밸브는 상기 제1공급유로로 압유를 이송시키는 제1위치 및 상기 제2공급유로로 압유를 이송시키는 제2위치를 가진 4포트 2위치의 솔레노이드밸브로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 구동용 유압제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공급펌프 및 전환밸브 사이에는 릴리프밸브가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 구동용 유압제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 병렬연결된 제1 및 제2 유로에는 보조탱크가 소통되게 연결되고, 상기 보조탱크는 상기 구동실린더의 상부에 위치하며, 상기 보조탱크 및 압유탱크는 소통관을 통해 소통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 구동용 유압제어시스템.
