따라서, 상기 식(2)와 식(3)에서 구한 제 1 용량계산값(C1)과 제 2 용량계산값(C2)를 사용하여 다음 식(4)와 같이 용량저하율 C를 구할 수 있게 된다.
Claims (3)
- 정상적인 축전지 표준시료를 사용하여 잔존용량(SOC)과 전압(V)의 관계를 구하며, 구해진 잔존용량과 전압의 관계로부터, 전압을 독립변수로 하며 잔존용량을 종속변수로 하는 관계식을 구하는 단계 1과;직렬로 연결된 UPS의 축전지의 판정하고자 하는 셀의 전압(Vout)과 지정된 측정시간(Thr) 동안의 평균방전전류(Iavg)를 측정하는 단계 2와;단계 1의 관계식에 단계 2에서 측정한 전압(Vout)을 대입하여 계산한 판정하고자 하는 셀의 잔존용량과 정상적인 축전지 표준시료의 정격용량(Cfull)을 곱하여 얻어지는 상기 판정하고자 하는 셀의 제 1 용량계산값(C1)을 계산하는 단계 3과;정상적인 축전지 표준시료의 정격용량(Cfull)으로부터 단계 2에서의 지정된 측정시간(Thr) 동안의 방전전류량(Thr× Iavg)을 제하여 구해지는 판정하고자 하는 셀의 제 2 용량계산값(C2)을 계산하는 단계 4와;상기 제 1 용량계산값(C1)의 제 2 용량계산값(C2)에 대한 비율에 따라 판정하고자 하는 셀의 용량저하율(C)을 결정하는 단계 5와;상기 용량저하율의 값에 따라 판정하고자 하는 셀의 교체시점을 결정하는 단계 6으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 UPS에 사용되는 축전지의 교체시점 판정방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단계 5의 제 1 용량계산값(C1)과 제 2 용량계산값(C2)에 의해 용량저하율(C)을 결정하는 식은C(%) = C1 / C2 × 100인 것을 특징으로 하는 UPS에 사용되는 축전지의 교체시점 판정방법.
