Claims (9)
- 다음의 각 단계를 순차적으로 수행하여, 쏘일콘크리트파일을 시공하는 방법.쏘일콘크리트파일을 시공할 자리에 일정 깊이로 굴착을 하는, 선행굴착단계;하단에 교반기가 부착된 지반드릴로 선행굴착이 된 부위에 생성하고자 하는 쏘일콘크리트파일의 길이만큼의 깊이로 굴착하면서 시멘트와 물이 혼합된 시멘트 페이스트를 주입하고 굴착된 지반의 토사를 시멘트 페이스트와 교반하여 쏘일콘크리트(1, Soil Concrete)를 생성하는, 쏘일콘크리트생성단계;쏘일콘크리트파일의 길이만큼의 깊이로 지반이 굴착되면, 굴착을 중단하고 지반드릴을 수직으로 뽑아 올려 제거하는, 드릴제거단계;상기 단계를 거쳐 생성된 쏘일콘크리트의 중심부위에 파일의 전체 길이에 해당하는 길이의 중심보강재(2)를 압입하는, 중심보강재압입단계;중심보강재(2)가 압입된 쏘일콘크리트(1)의 상단 일부분에만 중심보강재(2)의 외부에 외부보강재(3)를 압입하는, 외부보강재압입단계.그리고, 상기 전 단계를 거쳐 형성된 쏘일콘크리트파일을 양생하는, 양생단계.

- 파일을 형성할 자리를 굴착하는 과정에서 발생한 토사에 물과 시멘트를 혼합한 시멘트 페이스트를 주입하고 혼합하여 생성된 쏘일콘크리트(1);상기 쏘일콘크리트(1)의 중심부에 압입되는 것으로서, 파일의 전체 길이에 해당하는 길이의 중심보강재(2);그리고, 상기 중심보강재(2)의 외부에 구비되는 것으로서, 원통형 관으로 제작되거나 철근을 원통형으로 배근하여 제작되고, 상기 쏘일콘크리트(1)의 상단 일부에만 일정깊이로 압입하여 설치하는 외부보강재(3);를 포함하여 구성되는, 쏘일콘크리트파일.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 중심보강재(2) 또는 외부보강재(3)는,보강재의 벽에 전단연결재(22)를 다수 부착하여, 양생 후 쏘일콘크리트와 보강재 사이의 접착력을 크게 한 것을 특징으로 하는, 쏘일콘크리트파일.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 전단연결재(22)는,평판에 구멍이 다수 개가 형성된 구멍형 전단연결재(22-1), 평판의 끝단을 좌우로 번갈아가며 절곡한 날개형 전단연결재(22-2), 그리고 면에 다수 개의 구멍이 형성된 원추형 전단연결재(22-3) 중의 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는, 쏘일콘크리트파일.
