Abstract
Description
다시 말해, 후술하는 박막트랜지스터의 동작원리에 따라 각각의 화소 영역에 형성된 소오스/드레인 전극(미도시)을 연결하는 데이터 라인이 형성되는 것과 마찬가지로 본 발명의 소오스/드레인 전극(16)은 상기 액티브 영역(14)의 상부에서 상호 이격되어 설치되되, 일측은 전위전극과 콘택되도록 하고, 타측은 X 센서 라인으로 연결되어 있음을 의미한다.(도 3a 참조)
이렇게 형성된 상기 절연기판(10)이 액정표시장치의 상부기판(20)을 형성한다.
도 3a와 도 4를 참조하면, X 센서 라인과 Y 센서 라인(11)이 상호 교차 배열되고, 교차 배열에 따른 단위 영역에는 전위전극(15)이 형성되어 있으며, 전위전극에 콘택되는 소오스/드레인 전극(16)이 X 센서 라인에 연결되어 있음을 확인할 수 있다.
Claims (3)
- 컬러레진을 포함하는 상부기판이 형성된 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 상부기판상에 홈을 갖는 일방향의 Y 센서 라인을 형성하는 단계;상기 Y 센서 라인이 형성된 상기 상부기판의 상부에 절연막을 형성하는 단계;상기 절연막상의 상기 Y 센서 라인 일정영역에 액티브 영역을 형성하는 단계;상기 액티브 영역 일측의 상기 절연막 상부에 전위전극을 형성하는 단계;상기 액티브 영역의 상부에서 상호 이격되어 설치되되, 일측은 상기 전위전극과 콘택되고, 타측은 상기 Y 센서 라인과 교차 배열되는 X 센서 라인에 연결되는 소오스/드레인 전극을 형성하는 단계;상기 전위전극 상부에 상기 컬러레진을 형성하는 단계;상기 컬러레진이 형성된 상기 상부기판 상부를 평탄화시키는 보호막을 형성하는 단계;상기 보호막 상부에서 상기 전위전극과 콘택되는 공통전극을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 상부기판 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 Y 센서 라인과 X 센서 라인은 블랙 매트릭스인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 상부기판 제조방법.
