Abstract

A vent device of a vulcanization mold is provided to prevent malfunction and maintain the performance of a vent device optimally by preventing the contacting a spring with rubber poured into the penetration hole during vulcanizing. A vent device of a vulcanization mold comprises a casing(2) inserted into a vent hole(11) of a vulcanizing mold(1), a valve body(3) inserted into the center penetration of the casing, a spring(4) flexibly installed at the valve body, and a stopper(5) controlling the moving distance of the valve body, fastened to the lower part of the valve body. A rubber fitting preventing sill(6) is installed to the lower end part of the valve body. A rubber storage groove(61) is installed on the outer circumference of the rubber fitting preventing sill.
