Claims (3)
- 자동차의 바디 플로어와 대쉬 패널 및 휠 하우스 등에 장착되어 소음 및 진동을 차단하기 위한 아스팔트 패드의 조성물에 있어서,하절기에는 침입도가 10~20이고 연화점이 90℃ 이상이고, 동절기에는 침입도가 20~30이고 연하점이 80℃ 이상인 브로운 아스팔트 35.7~40.8 중량%와;탄산칼슘 51~56.1 중량%와;판상구조의 규산알루미늄계 광물 1.6~6.0 중량%와;산화칼슘 1.0~1.2 중량%와;폴리에틸렌 섬유질 0.9~1.0 중량%와;폐기물인 가죽분말 2.4~2.8 중량%; 및연화점이 120℃인 방향족 탄화수소 석유계 수지 0.3중량%로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 소음 및 진동 차단용 아스팔트 패드의 조성물.
- 제1항의 조성물을 이용하여 아스팔트 패드를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 조성물을 리더기에 투입한 다음, 이를 160±10℃의 온도에서 50분 동안 1차 분산시킨 후, 여기에 발포제와 산화아연을 투입한 다음, 이를 다시 동일한 온도에서 2분 동안 2차 분산시킨 후, 상기 분산된 혼합물을 압출하여 아스팔트 패드를 제조하는 과정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 소음 및 진동 차단용 아 스팔트 패드의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 조성물을 이용하여 아스팔트 패드를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 조성물을 리더기에 투입한 다음, 이를 160±10℃의 온도에서 50분 동안 분산시킨 다음, 상기 분산된 혼합물을 압출하여 아스팔트 패드를 제조하는 과정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 소음 및 진동 차단용 아스팔트 패드의 제조방법.
