Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- I. 플루오로중합체 성형 조성물 및 폴리올레핀 성형 조성물로부터 선택되는 내부층 I;II. a) - 4개 이상 질소 원자를 가지는, 그라프트 공중합체를 기준으로 0.5 내지 25 중량%의 폴리아민, 및- 락탐, ω-아미노카르복실산, 및 디아민과 디카르복실산의 등몰 조합물로부터 선택되는 폴리아미드-형성 단량체를 사용하여 제조된 1 내지 80 중량부의 그라프트 공중합체;b) 10 내지 85 중량부의 폴리아미드,c) 0 내지 85 중량부의 플루오로중합체 및 폴리올레핀으로부터 선택되는 중합체, 및d) 50 중량부 이하의 충격-개질 고무 및 통상적인 보조제 및 첨가제로부터 선택되는 첨가제를 가지며, 이 때 a), b) 및 c)의 중량부의 합이 100이며, 추가로- 성분 a) 및 b)의 합이 20 중량부 이상의 헥사메틸렌디아민/아디프산, 헥사메틸렌디아민/수베르산, 헥사메틸렌디아민/세바크산, 헥사메틸렌디아민/도데칸디산, 헥사메틸렌디아민/이소프탈산 및 헥사메틸렌디아민/테레프탈산으로부터 선택되는 조합물, 및 카프로락탐 중 하나 또는 둘로부터 유도되는 단량체 단위를 포함하는결합제층 II;III. EVOH 성형 조성물을 포함하는 층 III을 포함하는 다층 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서,- 성분 II.a)가 1 내지 60 중량부의 양으로 존재하거나, 또는- 성분 II.b)가 10 내지 75 중량부의 양으로 존재하거나, 또는- 성분 II.a)가 1 내지 60 중량부의 양으로 존재하고 성분 II.b)가 10 내지 75 중량부의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서,- 성분 II.a)가 3 내지 40 중량부의 양으로 존재하거나, 또는- 성분 II.b)가 25 내지 65 중량부의 양으로 존재하거나, 또는- 성분 II.a)가 3 내지 40 중량부의 양으로 존재하고 성분 II.b)가 25 내지 65 중량부의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 5 내지 75 중량부의 성분 II.c)가 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 10 내지 65 중량부의 성분 II.c)가 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 20 내지 55 중량부의 성분 II.c)가 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플루오로중합체가 PVDF, ETFE, 제3 성분인 E-CTFE, PCTFE, THV, FEP 및 PFA로 개질된 ETFE로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 또는 이소탁틱 폴리프로필렌을 폴리올레핀으로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플루오로중합체 또는 폴리올레핀이 접착-개질된 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 II.b)의 폴리아미드가 PA6, PA66, PA6/66, PA68, PA610, PA612, 이소프탈산, 테레프탈산, 또는 이소프탈산과 테레프탈산과 함께 헥사메틸렌디아민으로부터 유도된 폴리아미드 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 성형 조성물 또는 폴리올레핀 성형 조성물을 포함하고 결합제를 통해 층 III에 결합된 층을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다층 복합체가 파이프 또는 중공체인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다층 복합체가 전체 또는 일부가 주름져있는 파이프인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다층 복합체가 연료 라인, 브레이크액 (brake fluid) 라인, 냉각제 라인, 유압유 라인, 충전소 라인, 냉난방 조절기 라인, 증기 라인, 컨테이너 또는 충전 포트인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복합체를 구성하는 층들 중 하나 또는 추가 내부층이 전기 전도체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다층 복합체가 공압출, 코팅, 다성분 사출 성형 또는 공압출 블로우 성형으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합체.
