Claims (7)
- 환자에 대한 진단 파라미터가 입력되는 단계;상기 입력된 진단 파라미터를 입력 변수로 하여 환자에 대한 고유 기초 대사량을 계산하는 단계;상기 입력된 진단 파라미터를 입력 변수로 하여 환자에 대한 실제 기초 대사량을 계산하는 단계; 및상기 계산한 환자의 고유 기초 대사량과 실제 기초 대사량을 비교하여 환자의 한열을 측정하는 단계를 포함하는 한열 측정 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 진단 파라미터는환자의 성별, 신장, 체중, 나이, 맥박수, 맥폭 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 한열 측정 방법.
- 환자의 진단 파라미터를 입력하는 입력부;상기 입력한 환자의 진단 파라미터를 입력 변수로 하여 환자의 고유 기초 대사량과 실제 기초 대사량을 계산하는 대사량 계산부; 및상기 계산한 환자의 고유 기초 대사량과 실제 기초 대사량을 계산하여 환자의 한열을 측정하는 한열 측정부를 포함하는 한열 측정 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 환자의 진단 파라미터를 측정하는 파라미터 측정부를 더 포함하는 한열 측정 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,(1) 상기 진단 파라미터는환자의 성별, 신장, 체중, 나이, 맥박수, 맥폭 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하며,(2) 상기 환자의 고유 기초 대사량(IM)은클라이버(Kleiber)의 스케일링 방식(scaling law)에 의해 계산되며,상기 스케일링 방식에 따른 환자의 고유 기초 대사량은 아래의 수학식(5)과 같이 계산되고,[수학식 5]여기서 Y0은 고유 기초 대사량의 상수이고 M은 환자의 체중이며(3) 상기 환자의 실제 기초 대사량(AM)은아래의 수학식(6)에 의해 계산되며[수학식 6]여기서 SM은 환자의 표준 기초 대사량이고 BMR은 환자의 기초 대사율을 의미하며,상기 환자의 표준 기초 대사량(SM)은 아래의 수학식(7)에 의해 계산되며[수학식 7]상기 환자의 기초 대사율(BMR)은 아래의 수학식(8)[수학식 8]
