Claims (8)
- 기판 스테이지와,상기 기판 스테이지 내부에 배치되어 액정방울들 중 어느 하나의 액정방울과 상/하/좌/우 방향으로 인접한 액정방울 간의 거리가 0이 되도록 액정의 확산력을 제어하는 가변온도제어수단을 포함하여 구성되는 액정확산제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가변온도제어수단은 열선으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정확산제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가변온도제어수단은 30도 내지 120도의 가변 온도 내에서 온도가 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정확산제어장치.
- 기판을 준비하는 단계;표면 온도를 가변할 수 있는 기판 스테이지 상에 상기 기판을 로딩하는 단계;상기 기판상에서 액정 방울이 잘 퍼질 수 있도록 젖음성을 가진 배향막을 형성하는 단계;상기 기판 상에 액정 방울을 일정 피치로 적하하는 단계; 및상기 기판 상에 적하된 액정방울들 중 어느 하나의 액정방울과 상/하/좌/우 방향으로 인접한 액정방울 간의 거리가 0이 되도록 상기 기판 스테이지의 표면온도를 조절하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 기판 스테이지의 표면온도를 조절하는 단계는 30도 내지 120도 범위내에서 가변 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
