- 1) 증기발생기 및 열교환기에서 취득한 시료를 반응기를 이용해 중수(HDO)를 HD, 경수(H2O)는 H2와 H3 + 의 기체로 환원시켜 중수 및 경수의 화학적 형태를 전환하는 단계;2) 상기 1)단계에서 발생된 기체 시료를 운반가스에 의해 이송시켜 질량분석기로 기체 시료의 농도를 분석하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지며,상기 1)단계에서는 석영튜브 내의 크롬칩(Cr)을 1000℃ ~ 1100℃ 이상의 고온 가열 후 크롬칩과 시료가 산화 반응하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질량분석법을 이용한 중수로 중수누설 감시 방법.
