Claims (10)
- (a)브롬계 에폭시아크릴레이트 또는 그의 올리고머(brominated epoxy-acrylate oligomer) 70 ~ 95 중량%, 스티렌 모노머 30 ~ 5 중량% 를 포함하는 수지시럽조성물(A액)과; (b)브롬계 에폭시아크릴레이트 또는 그의 올리고머(brominated epoxy-acrylate oligomer) 70 ~ 95 중량%, 스티렌 모노머 30 ~ 5 중량% 를 포함하는 수지시럽조성물 100 중량부에 대하여, 착색제를 0.001 ~ 0.5 중량부 사용한 유색수지시럽조성물(B액);을 혼합하여 착색제에 의한 칼라라인이 발생하게 하여 경화하고, 냉각 후 분쇄함으로써 다양한 칼라라인이 생성되도록 한 인조대리석용 칩.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 수지시럽조성물은 비중이 1.5 ~ 1.7 인 것을 특징으로 하는 인조대리석용 칩.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 수지시럽조성물에 개시제, 자외선안정제, 커플링제, 안료, 펄, 착색제에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 성분을 더 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조대리석용 칩.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 수지시럽조성물 100 중량부에 대하여 착색제가 포함된 유색수지시럽조성물을 10 ~ 1000중량부를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조대리석용 칩.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 유색수지시럽조성물이 개시제, 자외선안정제, 커플링제, 안료, 펄에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 성분을 더 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조대리석용 칩.
- 브롬계 에폭시아크릴레이트 또는 그의 올리고머(brominated epoxy-acrylate oligomer) 70 ~ 95 중량%와 스티렌 모노머 30 ~ 5 중량%를 포함하는 수지시럽조성물 100 중량부에 대하여, 불포화폴리에스테르 수지시럽 1~100중량부, 수산화알루미늄 또는 수산화칼슘 또는 이들의 혼합물에서 선택되는 무기첨가제 1~100중량부를 혼합한 수지시럽혼합물을 경화시킨 후 분쇄한 것을 특징으로 하는 인조대리석용 칩.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 수지시럽혼합물에 개시제, 자외선안정제, 커플링제, 안료, 펄, 착색제에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 성분을 더 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조대리석용 칩.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 수지시럽혼합물과 상기 수지시럽혼합물에 착색제를 더 포함하는 수지시럽혼합물 또는 브롬계 에폭시아크릴레이트 또는 그의 올리고머(brominated epoxy- acrylate oligomer)와 스티렌 모노머 및 착색제를 혼합한 수지시럽조성물을 혼합하여 착색제에 의한 칼라라인이 발생하게 하여 경화함으로써 다양한 칼라라인이 생성되도록 한 인조대리석용 칩.

- 제 1항 또는 제 6항에 따른 인조대리석용 칩을 사용한 폴리메틸메타아크릴레이트 또는 불포화폴리에스테르계 인조대리석.
