Claims (7)
- 터빈 로터내에 폐쇄 버킷(18)을 고정하기 위한 터빈 버킷 더브테일에 있어서,상기 터빈 로터의 휠 포스트(16)와 맞물릴 수 있고, 상기 터빈 로터에 대해 축방향으로 연장되는 복수의 후크(26)와,상기 더브테일의 접선방향 면에 기계가공된 포켓(24)을 포함하고,상기 포켓(24)은 상기 각각의 복수의 후크를 포위하는 포켓 영역에 의해 형성되는터빈 버킷 더브테일.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 터빈 로터 내에 폐쇄 버킷(18)을 고정하기 위한 크로스 키이(2)를 구비하고, 상기 접선방향 면은 상기 크로스 키이가 위치하는 터브테일의 측부 상에 있는터빈 버킷 더브테일.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 후크는 상기 휠 포스트(16)의 각 측부와 맞물릴 수 있는 3개의 후크(26)를 포함하며, 상기 포켓(24)의 깊이는 4.572mm(0.180인치) 내지 5.334mm(0.210인치)인터빈 버킷 더브테일.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 포켓(24)의 깊이는 4.572mm(0.180인치)인터빈 버킷 더브테일.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 후크는 상기 휠 포스트(16)의 각 측부와 맞물릴 수 있는 4개의 후크(26)를 포함하며, 상기 포켓(24)의 깊이는 5.588mm(0.220인치) 내지 6.350mm(0.250인치)인터빈 버킷 더브테일.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 포켓(24)의 깊이는 5.588mm(0.220인치)인터빈 버킷 더브테일.
- 터빈 로터내에 폐쇄 버킷(18)을 고정하기 위한 터빈 버킷 더브테일을 성형하는 방법에 있어서,상기 터빈 로터의 휠 포스트(16)와 맞물릴 수 있고, 상기 터빈 로터에 대해 축방향으로 연장되는 복수의 후크(26)를 형성하는 단계와,상기 더브테일의 접선방향 면에 포켓(24)을 기계가공하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 포켓(24)은 상기 각각의 복수의 후크를 포위하는 포켓 영역에 의해 형성되는터빈 버킷 더브테일 성형 방법.
