Abstract
【解決手段】 タービンバケットダブテール(12)により、バケットがタービンロータ内に固定される。タービンバケットダブテールは、タービンロータのホイールポスト(16)と係合可能でありかつタービンロータに対して軸方向に延びる複数のフックを含む。ポケット(24)が、ダブテールの接線方向面内に機械加工され、このことによりゲート開口部(14)におけるホイールポストダブテールの端縁におけるピーク応力を低下させる。

Claims (7)
- タービンロータ内にバケットを固定するためのタービンバケットダブテールであって、前記タービンロータのホイールポスト(16)と係合可能でありかつ該タービンロータに対して軸方向に延びる複数のフック(26)と、該ダブテールの接線方向面内に機械加工されたポケット(24)とを含むことを特徴とするタービンバケットダブテール。
- 前記ポケット(24)が、前記複数のフックの各々を取り囲むポケット領域により形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタービンバケットダブテール。
- 前記ホイールポスト(16)の各側面と係合可能な3つのフック(26)を含み、前記ポケット(24)の深さが、0.180インチ〜0.210インチの範囲内にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタービンバケットダブテール。
- 前記ポケット(24)の深さが、約0.180インチであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のタービンバケットダブテール。
- 前記ホイールポスト(16)の各側面と係合可能な4つのフック(26)を含み、前記ポケット(24)の深さが、0.220インチ〜0.250インチの範囲内にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタービンバケットダブテール。
- 前記ポケット(24)の深さが、約0.220インチであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のタービンバケットダブテール。
- タービンロータ内にバケットを固定するためのタービンバケットダブテールを製作する方法であって、前記タービンロータのホイールポスト(16)と係合可能でありかつ該タービンロータに対して軸方向に延びる複数のフック(26)を形成する段階と、前記ダブテールの接線方向面内にポケット(24)を機械加工する段階とを含むことを特徴とする方法。
