Abstract
Description
우선 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 에틸렌초산비닐공중합체, 이루카마이드(슬립제), 자외선 안정제, 및 유기안료를 썰매장 바닥재의 설치여건에 따라 그 배합비율을 조절하여 배합한다. 고밀도 폴리에틸렌과 에틸렌초산비닐공중합체를 일정비율(고밀도 폴리에틸렌이 50%일 경우 에틸렌초산비닐공중합체도 50%, 고밀도폴리에틸렌이 70%일 경우, 에틸렌초산비닐공중합체는 30%)로 원료 배합기를 통하여 배합하며, 이루카마이드(슬립제)와 자외선 안정제는 유기안료 제조시 상술한 바와 같은 비율로 첨가한다. 사출기 내에 원재료(고밀도 폴리에틸렌 + 에틸렌초산비닐공중합체)를 먼저 투입하고, 이루카마이드(슬립제)와 자외선 안정제가 첨가된 유기안료를 배합기를 통하여 일정비율로 투입한다. 사출기 내에 투입된 원재료(고밀도 폴리에틸렌 + 에틸렌초산비닐공중합체)와 이루카마이드(슬립제) 및 자외선 안정제가 포함된 유기안료를 사출기 실린더에서 용융, 혼합한다.(S110)
Claims (5)
- 원재료로서 원재료 총 합산 중량을 기준으로 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 50 내지 70중량%, 에틸렌초산비닐공중합체 30% 내지 50중량%를 배합하고, 상기 배합된 원재료에 부재료로서 유기안료를 원재료 총 합산 중량 대비 3000ppm, 이루카마이드(erucamide)를 유기안료 중량 대비 3000 내지 4500ppm, 자외선 안정제를 유기안료 중량 대비 3000 내지 5000ppm 첨가하여 사출기의 실린더 내에서 용융, 혼합하는 단계;상기 용융, 혼합된 원료를 100 내지 120kg/cm2의 압력, 160 내지 170℃의 온도조건에서 사출성형하는 단계; 및상기 사출성형단계로부터 생산된 제품을 50 내지 60℃의 온도에서 2 내지 4시간 동안 풀림처리(annealing)하는 단계;를 포함하는 사계절 썰매장 바닥재 제조방법에 있어서,상기 썰매장 바닥재는 모듈로 구성되며, 1개 모듈(408 x 233 x 27 ㎜)에 포함되는 솔의 수량은 1700 내지 1800개이고,상기 썰매장 바닥재의 솔의 길이는 15 내지 20㎜이며,상기 썰매장 바닥재의 솔의 굵기는 2 내지 3.7㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 사계절 썰매장 바닥재 제조방법.
