Abstract
Description
따라서, 본 발명에 따른 유기전계발광표시장치용 어레이 기판은 유기 전계 발광표시장치의 배열을 제어하여 보조배선을 공통으로 사용함으로써, 상기 보조배선 사이의 간격을 증가시켜, 상기 보조배선을 통해 인가되는 전기적인 신호의 RC딜레이를 감소시키는 효과가 있다.
결과적으로, 본 발명에 따른 유기 전계 발광표시장치용 어레이 기판은 유기 전계 발광표시장치의 배열을 제어하여 인접한 유기 전계 발광표시장치가 보조 배선에 공통으로 연결되도록 하여 확보된 공간을 통해 상기 보조 배선의 폭을 증가시키고, 상기 보조 배선 사이의 간격을 증가시킴으로써, 상기 보조 배선을 통해 인가되는 전기적인 신호의 IR드롭 및 RC딜레이를 감소시킬 수 있다.
Claims (6)
- 기판;상기 기판상에 형성되며 패드부가 서로 마주보며 행 또는 열 방향으로 배열되는 복수개의 유기 전계 발광 표시장치;상기 기판상의 가장자리에 행 방향 또는 열 방향으로 형성되는 제1배선;상기 제1배선과 연결되며 상기 유기 전계 발광 표시장치에 연결되는 복수 개의 제1보조배선;상기 제1배선과 수직하며 기판상의 가장자리에 형성되는 제2배선; 및상기 제2배선과 연결되며 상기 유기 전계 발광 표시장치에 공통으로 연결되는 복수 개의 제2보조배선을 포함하는 유기 전계 발광 표시장치용 어레이 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2보조배선은 제1보조배선 보다 폭이 넓은 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시장치용 어레이 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1배선 및 제2배선은 데이터 배선, 스캔배선, 제1전원 배선 또는 제2 전원배선 중 어느 하나 또는 이들의 조합인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시장치용 어레이 기판.
- 기판;상기 기판상에 패드부의 배열 방향은 행 또는 열 방향으로 배열되며, 서로 인접하는 행 또는 열은 상기 배열방향과 서로 반대방향으로 반복되며 형성되는 복수개의 유기 전계 발광 표시장치;상기 기판상의 가장자리에 행 방향 또는 열 방향으로 형성되는 제1배선;상기 제1배선과 연결되며 상기 유기 전계 발광 표시장치에 공통으로 연결되는 복수 개의 제1보조배선;상기 제1배선과 수직하며 기판상의 가장자리에 형성되는 제2배선; 및상기 제2배선과 연결되며 상기 유기 전계 발광 표시장치에 연결되는 복수 개의 제2보조배선을 포함하는 유기 전계 발광 표시장치용 어레이 기판.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 제1보조배선은 제2보조배선 보다 폭이 넓은 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시장치용 어레이 기판.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 제1배선 및 제2배선은 데이터 배선, 스캔 배선, 제1전원 배선 또는 제2전원배선 중 어느 하나 또는 이들의 조합인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시장치용 어레이 기판.
