Claims (3)
- 도어에 의해 개폐되며 소독 대상요소를 내장시킬 수 있게 형성된 제1 내부공간과, 상기 제1내부공간과 격벽에 의해 독립된 제2내부공간을 갖는 본체와;상기 소독 대상요소를 안치시킬 수 있도록 상기 제1내부공간 내에 서랍식으로 수납가능하게 설치되되 상하방향으로 통공이 형성된 적어도 하나의 선반 플레이트와;상기 제1내부공간과 상기 제2내부공간이 연통되게 상기 격벽의 상단 부근에 형성된 토출구를 통해 상기 제1내부공간 내부의 공기를 흡입하여 상기 제2내부공간의 하방으로 토출할 수 있게 설치된 송풍기와;상기 송풍기 보다 하방의 상기 제2내부공간 내에 설치된 자외선램프와;굴곡진 부분을 갖게 형성되되 중앙부분에 상기 자외선 램프를 삽입할 수 있게 일측이 열린 램프 진입홀이 형성된 다수의 베이스기판과, 상기 램프 진입홀의 열린방향 맞은 편에서 상기 베이스기판들 상호간을 대향되게 이격시켜 결합시키는 지지판을 갖게 형성되어 상기 자외선 램프가 상기 램프 진입홀을 통해 입출되는 방향으로 상기 제2내부 공간 내외로 입출될 수 있게 설치된 필터구조체;를 구비하고,상기 송풍기를 통해 상기 제2내부공간으로 유입된 공기는 상기 필터구조체를 거쳐 상기 격벽의 하단 부근에 상기 제1내부공간과 연통되게 형성된 유입구를 통해 상기 제1내부공간 내부로 유입될 수 있게 형성되어 있고,상기 베이스기판의 표면에는 이산화티타늄, 산화아연, 모나자이트 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 광촉매물질과 은나노입자가 코팅처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 항균탈취용 소독장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 선반 플레이트는상기 통공이 형성된 기판과;상기 기판의 표면에 이산화티탄과 모나자이트 및 은나노 입자가 코팅처리된 항균 코팅층;으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 항균 탈취용 소독장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 코팅층은 상기 이산화티탄을 기준으로 상기 모나자이트 및 상기 은나노가 각각 0.3 내지 3배의 중량비로 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 항균 탈취용 소독장치.
