Abstract

A porous artificial fish reef is provided to foster plankton in marine environment, to prevent the oxidation of the fish reef and to form better fishing ground by employing electro arc furnace oxidizing slag in the artificial fish reef. A porous artificial fish reef is prepared by a process comprising: mixing water of 100-150kg/m^3, cement of 290-380kg/m^3, aggregate having size of 13-2.5mm of 1590-1950kg/m^3, high strength admixture of 30-120kg/m^3, CSA expander of 3-4kg/m^3, pigment of 10-40kg/m^3 and at most 0.3% of retardant; molding the mixture in a mold; and curing the mixture. The aggregate is the electro arc furnace oxidizing slag which is generated from a steelmaking process using pig iron in electro arc furnace. The mold has a form of a cube. For the curing, the mixture is subjected to an open stowage for 28 days or subjected to a steam chamber.

Description

다공성 인공어초{POROSITY FISHING REEF }POROSITY FISHING REEF}

The present invention relates to a porous artificial reef, and more particularly, to an artificial reef made by forming fine artificial reefs with porous concrete with good porosity, so that fine plankton can be better inhabited.

Recently, the importance of the sea has been recognized, and with this recognition, the sea ranching business is being promoted. The most important business of the sea ranching business is to put artificial reefs into the sea.

If the artificial reefs are put in the sea as described above, the shelters and spawning places of the fish are prepared and the plankton is inhabited a lot, so that a new fishing ground is formed and the catches are increased.

Therefore, the development of such artificial reefs has been actively made, there was a problem that the concrete products (artificial reefs) in the sea causing a new environmental pollution, there is a problem such that the fine plankton does not live well due to the dense tissue.

In order to solve the above problems, the 'artificial fish' has been disclosed in the Republic of Korea Patent Publication No. 10-0195529.

However, the conventional artificial reefs have the following problems.

(1) There are not many holes in the surface, so microplankton cannot be inhabited.

(2) It is weak in strength and easily oxidized by sea water.

(3) Seawater is limited to flow into artificial reefs.

The present invention is 100 ~ 150kg / ㎥ of water, cement 290 ~ 380kg / ㎥, 13 ~ 2.5mm aggregate 1590 ~ 1950kg / ㎥, high strength mixture 30 ~ 120kg / ㎥, CSA expanding agent 3 ~ 4kg / ㎥, pigment 10 ~ 40kg A mixing step of mixing the retardant within 0.3% of the amount of cement used in / m 3; A molding step of pouring into the mold after the mixing step; It is characterized by consisting of a curing step to cure after the molding step.

According to the porous artificial reef according to the present invention the following effects occur.

(1) Due to the large number of holes, it is an environment where plankton is inhabited.

(2) It is not easily oxidized in seawater.

(3) The seawater can flow in and out of artificial reefs, making it possible to form better fisheries.

The present invention is 100 ~ 150kg / ㎥ of water, cement 290 ~ 380kg / ㎥, 13 ~ 2.5mm aggregate 1590 ~ 1950kg / ㎥, high strength mixture 30 ~ 120kg / ㎥, CSA expanding agent 3 ~ 4kg / ㎥, pigment 10 ~ 40kg A mixing step of mixing the retardant within 0.3% of the amount of cement used in / m 3; A molding step of pouring into the mold after the mixing step; It consists of a curing process to cure after the molding process.

The aggregate used in the mixing process uses an electric furnace oxidized slag, which is a kind of industrial waste. The electric furnace oxidized slag is produced when steel is made from pig iron as a main raw material and contains high iron density. Is characteristic.

The CSA swelling agent prevents bleeding and inhibits cracking due to shrinkage, and reduces the shrinkage rate. Thus, the space after the condensation evaporates after the moisture mixed with the cement is evaporated is formed widely.

If the aggregate ratio of the aggregate, cement, water and the high strength mixture is out of the problem, such as low strength, porosity, permeability coefficient occurs, it can be said that the mixing ratio of the present invention is optimal. That is, because the porosity is very large-because it is porous, it is a good pitcher and the environment that can grow a lot of fine plankton.

The mold of the molding process is formed of a cube, thereby filling the material prepared in the mixing process.

The curing process may be cured for about 28 days, or may be cured using steam in a steam chamber.
