Claims (5)
- 작동유체가 충전되어 있는 실린더 내부에서 작동하여 감쇠력을 발생시키는 완충장치의 피스톤 밸브로서,피스톤 로드의 말단에 결합되어 있으며 완충장치의 신장시 작동유체가 통과하는 복수의 통로가 형성되어 있는 피스톤 본체와;상기 피스톤 본체의 외주로부터 이격되어 주위를 둘러싸도록 배치되는 가이드 부재와;상기 피스톤 본체의 하부에 배치되어 상기 통로를 통과한 작동유체의 압력에 대항하여 감쇠력을 발생시키는 밸브 수단; 을 포함하며,상기 가이드 부재는 상기 피스톤 본체의 외주로부터 이격되어 상기 가이드 부재와 상기 피스톤 본체 사이의 공간에는 유로가 형성되며, 상기 피스톤 본체에 형성된 상기 통로는 상기 완충장치의 신장시 작동유체가 통과하는 리바운드 통로이고, 상기 완충장치의 압축시 작동유체가 통과하는 압축 통로로서는 상기 피스톤 본체와 상기 가이드 부재 사이의 공간이 활용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 피스톤 밸브.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 피스톤 본체와 상기 가이드 부재 사이에 개재되어 가이드 부재를 피스톤 본체로부터 이격되는 방향으로 가압하기 위한 탄성부재와,상기 가이드 부재와 상기 피스톤 로드 사이에 개재되어 작동중 가이드 부재가 피스톤 로드에 충돌할 때의 충격을 흡수하기 위한 완충부재를 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 피스톤 밸브.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 가이드 부재는 상기 완충장치가 압축 및 신장되는 양쪽 모두의 경우에 작동유체가 통과할 수 있는 복수의 통로를 가지며, 상기 가이드 부재에 형성된 통로의 직경, 형성위치 및 형성개수 중 적어도 하나를 변경함으로써 감쇠력을 조절할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 피스톤 밸브.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 피스톤 본체의 상부표면에는 링 형상의 돌출부가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 돌출부는 상기 완충장치의 신장시 상기 가이드 부재의 하부표면과 밀착됨으로써 작동유체의 흐름을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 피스톤 밸브.
