Claims (14)
- 차량용 범퍼빔에 있어서,일정두께의 내판과, 일정두께의 외판과, 상기 내판과 외판 사이에는 상기 내판 및 외판과 동일소재로 이루어져 굴곡형상을 갖는 충격흡수부재를 일체로 롤러 전기저항용접하여 접합한 샌드위치 타입으로 형성된 복합판재를 일정한 형상으로 롤 포밍 성형하되, 충격력이 전달되는 전방은 곡면으로 형성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 범퍼빔.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 내판의 두께는 상기 외판의 두께보다 더 두꺼운 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 범퍼빔.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 충격흡수부재는 범퍼빔의 두께방향으로 지그재그 형상으로 굴곡 성형되는 코어판재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 범퍼빔.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 내판과 외판은 그 재질이 냉연강판인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 범퍼빔.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 일정한 형상은중앙에서 곡면으로 절곡되어 전방을 향하는 프론트 라운드 월;일단이 상기 프론트 라운드 월의 상단과 제1절곡부를 형성하여 연결되는 탑 월;일단이 상기 프론트 라운드 월의 하단과 제2절곡부를 형성하여 연결되는 버텀 월;상단이 상기 탑 월의 타단과 제3절곡부를 형성하여 연결되는 상부 리어 월;하단이 상기 버텀 월의 타단과 제4절곡부를 형성하여 연결되는 하부 리어 월;일단이 상기 상부 리어 월의 하단과 제5절곡부를 형성하여 내측으로 절곡되는 상부 인너 월;일단이 상기 하부 리어 월의 상단과 제6절곡부를 형성하여 내측으로 절곡되는 하부 인너 월;상기 상부 인너 월과 하부 인너 월의 각 타단이 중앙으로 절곡되어 각 단부가 용접되는 용접부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 범퍼빔 .
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 용접부는상기 상부 인너 월의 타단에 제7절곡부를 형성하여 중앙으로 절곡되는 상부 용접단;상기 하부 인너 월의 타단에 제8절곡부를 형성하여 중앙으로 절곡되어 상기 상부 용접단과 용접되는 하부 용접단으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 범퍼빔.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 제7,8절곡부는 각 절곡방향으로 가압되어 눌려진 에지 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 범퍼빔.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제3,4,5,6 절곡부는 각 절곡방향으로 가압되어 눌려진 에지 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 범퍼빔.
