Claims (11)
- 플래티늄염을 용매에 넣어 이온화시키는 단계(1단계);상기 단계에서 생성된 플래티늄 이온 용매에 진세노사이드를 첨가시키는 단계(2단계);상기 단계에서 생성된 플래티늄 이온 용매와 진세노사이드의 혼합물을 플래티늄을 나노 사이즈로 입자화 시키면서 진세노사이드와 결합시키는 단계(3단계); 및상기 단계에서 얻어진 나노 플래티늄 진세노사이드 화합물을 추출하는 단계(4단계);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 플래티늄 진세노사이드 입자의의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 1단계에서 사용되는 플래티늄염이 하이드로진 헥사클로로플라티네이트 하이드라이트, 헥사클로로플래티늄산, 및 헥사클로로백금산 칼륨으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 플래티늄 진세노사이드 입자의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 진세노사이드는 쌀, 도라지, 더덕, 또는 콩으로부터 추출한 사포닌인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 플래티늄 진세노사이드 입자의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 진세노사이드는 인삼, 홍삼, 산삼 또는 산삼배양근에서 추출한 진세노사이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 플래티늄 진세노사이드 입자의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 3단계에서 사용되는 환원제가 NaBH4, NaOH, HCHO, NH4HCO3, NH2OH, EDTA, 및 Ethylene Glycol로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 플래티늄 진세노사이드 입자의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 4단계에서 나노 플래티늄 진세노사이드 화합물을 추출할 때 에탄올, 메탄올, n-프로필알코올, n-부틸알코올, n-아밀알코올, 및 에틸렌글리콜로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나를 사용하여 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 플래티늄 진세노사이드 입자의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 6 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 입자의 크기는 1 ~ 20 nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 플래티늄 진세노사이드 입자의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 6 중 어느 한 항에 의하여 제조된 나노 플래티늄 진세노사이드 입자.
- 플래티늄을 진세노사이드와 반응시켜 생성된 나노 플래티늄 진세노사이드 입자.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 입자의 크기는 1 ~ 20 nm인 나노 플래티늄 진세노사이드 입자.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 플래티늄은 이온화된 후 진세노사이드와 반응되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 플래티늄 진세노사이드 입자.
