Claims (5)
- OTA(Over The Air) 방식으로 소프트웨어를 송신하는 방법에 있어서,특정 PID(Packet ID) 값을 가지는 DDB(Download Data Block) 데이터를 전송하는 제1전송 단계; 그리고상기 특정 PID 값과 다른 PID 값을 가지면서 상기 DDB 데이터와 동일한 DDB 데이터를, 시간적으로 상기 제1전송 단계와 일부 중복되도록 전송하는 제2전송 단계를 포함하여 이루어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 텔레비젼의 시스템 구동과 관련된 소프트웨어를 송신하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 텔레비젼의 시스템 구동과 관련된 소프트웨어를 송신하는 방법은,상기 제1전송 단계와, 제2전송 단계의 PID 값과 다르고,상기 제1전송 단계와, 제2전송 단계의 전송 시기와는 각각 일부 중복되면서,상기 제1전송 단계와, 제2전송 단계의 DDB 데이터와 동일한 DDB 데이터를 전송하는 단계를 하나 이상 포함하여 이루어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 텔레비젼의 시스템 구동과 관련된 소프트웨어를 송신하는 방법.
- OTA(Over The Air) 방식으로 소프트웨어를 수신하는 방법에 있어서,특정 PID 값을 가지는 DDB 데이터를 전송 받는 단계;상기 전송 받은 DDB 데이터 중에서, 전송 받지 못한 블록 넘버(blockNumber)의 DDB 데이터가 존재하는지 여부를 판단하는 단계;상기 판단 결과, 상기 전송 받지 못한 블록 넘버의 DDB 데이터가 존재하는 경우, 복수개의 PID 값 중에서 상기 DDB 데이터와 동일한 DDB 데이터를 전송하는 PID 값을 검색하는 단계;상기 검색된 PID 값 중에서, 상기 전송 받지 못한 블록 넘버의 DDB 데이터가 가장 먼저 수신되는 PID 값을 독출하는 단계; 그리고상기 독출된 PID 값을 가지는 DDB 데이터 중에서, 상기 전송 받지 못한 블록 넘버의 DDB 데이터를 전송 받는 단계를 포함하여 이루어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 텔레비젼의 시스템 구동과 관련된 소프트웨어를 수신하는 방법.
- OTA(Over The Air) 방식으로 소프트웨어를 송신하는 방송 송신기에 있어서,특정 PID(Packet ID) 값을 가지는 DDB(Download Data Block) 데이터를 방송 수신기로 전송하고, 그리고상기 특정 PID 값과 다른 PID 값을 가지면서 상기 DDB 데이터와 동일한 DDB 데이터를, 시간적으로 상기 전송 시점과 일부 중복되도록 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방송 송신기.
- OTA(Over The Air) 방식으로 소프트웨어를 수신하는 방송 수신기에 있어서,특정 PID 값을 가지는 DDB 데이터를 전송 받는 튜너부;상기 DDB 데이터를 파싱하는 파싱부;상기 파싱된 DDB 데이터 중에서, 전송 받지 못한 블록 넘버(blockNumber)의 DDB 데이터가 존재하는지 여부를 판단하는 MPEG 디코더부;상기 판단 결과, 상기 전송 받지 못한 블록 넘버의 DDB 데이터가 존재하는 경우, 복수개의 PID 값 중에서 상기 DDB 데이터와 동일한 DDB 데이터를 전송하는 PID 값을 검색하고, 상기 검색된 PID 값 중에서, 상기 전송 받지 못한 블록 넘버의 DDB 데이터가 가장 먼저 수신되는 PID 값을 독출하는 독출부; 그리고상기 독출된 PID 값을 가지는 DDB 데이터 중에서, 상기 전송 받지 못한 블록 넘버의 DDB 데이터를 전송 받도록 제어하는 제어부를 포함하여 이루어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방송 수신기.
