Claims (6)
- 펄스(pulse) 전류를 생성하는 펄스 파워 생성기,내부를 관통하는 통공을 형성하도록 중공의 형상을 가지는 압전 세라믹 소자와 상기 압전 세라믹 소자의 외주면과 내주면에 각각 형성되며 상기 펄스 파워 생성기에 의해 생성된 펄스 전류를 인가받을 수 있도록 상기 펄스 파워 생성기에 전기적으로 연결되는 제1 전극 및 제2 전극을 포함하는 진동자, 그리고상기 진동자가 장착되며, 상기 제1 및 제2 전극에 인가된 펄스 전류에 의한 상기 압전 세라믹 소자의 진동에 의해 형성된 충격파를 전파시키는 충격파 전달 매질로 충진되는 충진 공간을 형성하고, 상기 충격파 전달 매질을 통해 전파된 충격파를 반사하여 임의의 위치에 집속하는 충격파 반사면을 형성하는 하우징(housing)을 포함하는 충격파 생성 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 압전 세라믹 소자의 통공에 설치되는 초음파 영상 프로브(probe)를 더 포함하는 충격파 생성 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 압전 세라믹 소자는 원통형 또는 테이퍼진 원통 형상을 가지는 충격파 생성 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 하우징은,상기 충격파 반사면을 형성하는 몸체, 그리고상기 충진 공간을 형성하도록 상기 몸체에 체결되는 밀폐 커플링(coupling)을 포함하는 충격파 생성 장치.
- 제4항에서,상기 밀폐 커플링의 높이는 충격파를 조사하려는 지점의 위치에 따라 다르게 설정되는 충격파 생성 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에서,상기 압전 세라믹 소자의 통공에 배치되는 흡음재층을 더 포함하는 충격파 생성 장치.
