Claims (11)
- 구동전류를 전달받아 발광하는 유기발광다이오드;게이트에 데이터신호에 대응되는 전압을 전달받아 소스에서 드레인 방향으로 상기 구동전류를 전달하는 제 1 트랜지스터;주사신호에 대응하여 상기 데이터신호를 전달하는 제 2 트랜지스터;상기 데이터신호에 대응하는 전압을 저장하여 상기 제 1 트랜지스터의 게이트에 인가하는 제 1 캐패시터; 및저장된 전압을 조절하여 상기 제 1 캐패시터에 저장된 전압을 조절하는 제 2 캐패시터를 포함하되,상기 제 1 캐패시터의 외곽부에 굴곡된 형상을 갖는 화소.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 트랜지스터의 게이트와 드레인에 연결되어 상기 주사신호에 의해 상기 게이트와 드레인이 단락되도록 하는 제 3 트랜지스터를 더 구비하는 화소.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 캐패시터에 연결되어 상기 제 1 캐패시터에 초기화신호를 전달하 는 제 4 트랜지스터를 더 구비하는 화소.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제 4 트랜지스터는 이전 주사선에 의해 전달되는 주사신호에 의해 스위칭동작을 수행하는 화소.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,발광제어신호에 의해 상기 제 1 트랜지스터에 제 1 전원을 전달하는 제 5 트랜지스터와 상기 발광제어신호에 의해 상기 제 1 트랜지스터에서 생성된 상기 구동전류를 상기 유기발광다이오드에 전달하는 제 6 트랜지스터를 포함하는 화소.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,이전 주사선에 전달되는 주사신호에 의해 스위칭 동작을 하며, 상기 제 1 트랜지스터의 문턱전압에 대응하는 전압을 상기 제 2 캐패시터에 전달하는 제 3 트랜지스터;상기 이전 주사선에 전달되는 주사신호에 의해 스위칭 동작을 하며, 화소전압을 상기 제 2 캐패시터에 전달하는 제 4 트랜지스터; 및발광제어신호에 의해 스위칭 동작을 수행하여 상기 제 1 트랜지스터에서 전달된 구동전류를 상기 유기발광다이오드에 전달하는 제 5 트랜지스터를 포함하는 화소.
- 기판;상기 기판 상에 형성되며, 복수의 박막트랜지스터의 활성층, 제 1 및 제 2 캐패시터의 제 1 전극이 되는 폴리실리콘층;상기 폴리실리콘 층의 상부에 형성되며, 주사선, 상기 박막트랜지스터의 게이트 전극, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 캐패시터의 제 2 전극이 되는 금속층을 포함하되,상기 폴리실리콘 층 중 상기 제 1 캐패시터의 제 1 전극이 되는 폴리실리콘층의 외곽부는 굴곡된 형상을 갖는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 금속층 중 상기 제 1 캐패시터의 제 2 전극이 되는 금속층의 외곽부가 굴곡된 형상을 갖는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 유기전계발광표시장치 제조방법에 있어서,폴리실리콘 층을 증착하고 에칭하여, 폴리 실리콘 층의 일부의 외곽부가 굴곡된 형상을 갖게 하는 단계; 및상기 폴리 실리콘 층 상부에 금속층을 증착하고 에칭하여, 상기 금속층의 일부의 외곽부가 굴곡된 형상을 갖게 하는 단계를 포함하는 유기전계발광표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 폴리실리콘층과 상기 금속층에 의해 제 1 캐패시터와 상기 제 2 캐패시터가 형성되며, 상기 외곽부가 돌출되게 형성된 폴리실리콘층에 의해 상기 제 1 캐패시터의 제 1 전극이 형성되고 상기 외곽부가 돌출되게 형성된 금속층에 의해 상기 제 1 캐패시터의 제 2 전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 유기전계발광표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 캐패시터의 상기 돌출된 형상에 의해 상기 폴리실리콘 층과 상기 금속층이 에칭되는 면적이 비율이 상기 제 2 캐패시터가 에칭되는 면적의 비율보다 더 크게 되는 유기전계발광표시장치의 제조방법.
