Claims (4)
- a) 톨루엔(Toluene)에 촉매제와 마이크로입자로서 고체 지지체인 왕 레진(Wang-resin)을 넣은 후 소정시간 동안 교반시키는 단계;b) 상기 a) 단계에서 교반된 혼합물에 실린지(syringe)를 통해 생분해성 고분자 모노머를 첨가하여 소정시간 동안 교반시켜 중합생성물을 생성시키는 단계;c) 상기 b) 단계에서 생성된 중합생성물은 원심분리기를 통해 톨루엔과 중합생성물로 분리시키는 단계; 및d) 상기 c) 단계에서 분리된 중합 생성물로부터 미반응 생분해성 고분자 모노머를 제거하기 위해 세척하여 진공 건조하여 왕 레진 입자를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로입자의 생분해성 고분자 코팅방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매제는 주석(Ⅱ)-에틸헥사노에이트(tin(Ⅱ)-ethylhexanoate)(Sn(Oct)2)인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 입자의 생분해성 고분자 코팅방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 생분해성 고분자 모노머로서 ε-카프로락톤(ε-caprolactone)을 사용하여 상기 왕 레진(wang-resin)의 표면에 개환 중합반응을 하여 폴리카프로락톤(polycaprolactone)(PCL)을 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로입자의 생분해성 고분자 코팅 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 생분해성 고분자 모노머로서 p-다이옥사논(p-dioxanone)을 사용하여 상기 왕 레진(wang-resin)의 표면에 개환 중합반응을 하여 폴리-p-다이옥사논(poly-p-dioxanone)(PPDXO)을 코팅한 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로입자의 생분해성 고분자 코팅 방법.
