Abstract

A door impact beam for a vehicle comprises an upper member(60) and a lower member. A bent-up unit(54) is formed in either the upper member or the lower member. A right side(52) and a left side(51) of the lower member get separated widely as going upwards. A bottom side(53) is integrally formed between the bottom of the right side and the bottom of the left side. The bent-up unit of the lower member is protruded upwards from the bottom and is bent several times. The upper member is round. The upper member and the lower member are partially welded to each other via CO2 welding.
