Claims (5)
- 인간 트랜스티레틴 (Transthyretin) 단백질에 특이적인 항체를 포함하며, 항원-항체 결합반응을 통해 혈액 시료 중 트랜스티레틴 단백질의 농도를 측정하여 알츠하이머병을 진단하기 위한 혈액용 진단 키트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,1) 트랜스티레틴 단백질에 특이적인 항체;2) 트랜스티레틴 표준항원을 포함하는 양성 대조군과 상기 항원이 주입되지 않은 동물의 항혈청을 포함하는 음성 대조군;3) 기질과의 반응에 의해서 발색하는 표지체가 접합된 2차 항체 접합체;4) 상기 표지체와 발색 반응할 발색기질 용액;5) 각 반응단계에 사용할 세척액; 및6) 효소반응 정지용액을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혈액용 진단 키트.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,2차 항체 접합체의 표지체가 HRP (horseradish peroxidase), 염기성 탈인산화효소 (alkaline phosphatase), 콜로이드 골드 (coloid gold), 형광물질 (fluorescein) 및 색소 (dye)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혈액용 진단 키트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,항원-항체 결합반응을 효소 면역흡착 분석법 (enzyme linked immunosorbent assay; ELISA), 방사선 면역측정법 (radioimmunoassay; RIA), 샌드위치 면역 측정법 (sandwich ELISA), 폴리아크릴아미드 겔 상의 웨스턴 블럿, 면역 점 블럿 분석법 (Immuno dot blotting assay), 면역형광측정법 (Immuno-fluorence Assay, IFA), 면역발광측정법(Immunochemiluminescence Assay), 면역 조직 화학 염색법 또는 면역크로마토그래피측정법(Immunochromatography, Rapid)으로 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혈액용 진단 키트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,트랜스티레틴 단백질에 특이적인 항체가 인간 트랜스티레틴 단백질을 동물에 면역시켜 얻은 항혈청 또는 난 (卵)으로부터 정제하여 얻은 것임을 특징으로 하는 혈액용 진단 키트.
