Claims (12)
- 과탄산나트륨과 이산화탄소 또는 중탄산염류 간의 표면 반응에 의하여 과탄산나트륨 표면을 개질시킴으로써 과탄산나트륨 과립 표면에 주로 탄산수소나트륨으로 된 조밀한 고체 막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는, 강화된 안정성을 갖는 과탄산나트륨 과립의 제조방법으로서,a) 분사 전에 이산화탄소를 물에 용해시켜 용존 이산화탄소와 중탄산염을 포함하는 분사될 수용액을 형성하고,b) 과탄산나트륨 과립의 표면에 상기 용존 이산화탄소와 중탄산염을 포함하는 수용액을 분사하여 주로 탄산수소나트륨으로 된 상기 고체 막을 형성하고, 이어서c) 잔존하는 유체를 표면에서 제거하는 것을 특징으로하는, 강화된 안정성을 갖는 과탄산나트륨 과립의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이산화탄소를 투-웨이 노즐 내의 물에 용해시켜 상기 용존 이산화탄소를 포함하는 스프레이를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이산화탄소를 예비혼합 탱크 내의 물에 용해시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이산화탄소를 이산화탄소와 물이 주입되는 가이드 라인 튜브 내의 물에 용해시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분사될 수용액 내의 이산화탄소 함량이 0.25 중량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 과탄산나트륨 과립의 표면을 0.5 내지 15 분 동안 상기 스프레이에 노출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 막의 두께가 100 nm 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 방법이 a) 내지 c) 단계를 1 번 내지 10 번 반복함으로써 다중 층을 형성하여 막의 두께를 증가시키는 단계를 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반응을 유동화 베드 반응기 내의 용존 이산화탄소를 함유하는 상기 수용액을 유동화 베드 반응기 내의 스프레이 노즐로부터 분사하는 단계를 포함하여 유동화 베드 반응기에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 방법이 상기 탄산수소나트륨 막 위에 추가적인 코팅층을 증착시키는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 추가적인 코팅층은 황산나트륨, 소다, 탄산수소나트륨, 황산나트륨과 황산리튬의 혼합물, 소다와 황산나트륨의 혼합물, 금속 황산염과 폴리머의 혼합물 또는 폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
