Abstract

A velocity and position control device using a motor and a cam on dropping a board is provided to increase a velocity of the board and to suppress generation of dust by transferring the board at regular intervals. A velocity and position control device includes a motor(1), a rotating unit(3), a gear unit(7), a cam(9), and a board transferring rod(11). The motor controls a velocity and a position of a board(10) and drives the rotating unit. A plurality of transferring bars(2) to transfer the board are fixed at the rotating unit at regular intervals. The gear unit is composed of the other side gear(5) engaged with one side gear(4) of the rotating unit and a chain(6) meshed between the one side gear of the rotating unit and the other side gear. The cam is rotatably connected at the other side gear of the gear unit by the medium of the chain. The board transferring rod controls so as to transfer the board at regular intervals by reciprocating according to rotation of the cam in a predetermined distance.
