Claims (1)
- 관체와 연결되는 밸브 본체(1)와 그 위에 개폐판(4)이 상승하였을 때 공간을 확보하기 위한 개폐판 보관실(2)과, 개폐판(4)과 연결된 작동로드(3)가 구성되며, 밸브 본체(1)의 내부에 개폐판(4)이 승하강하는 위치에 실링부재 안착홈(10)을 형성하여 양쪽 측면의 내측으로 개폐판 안내홈(6)이 형성된 실링부재를 결합하여 구성되는 나이프 게이트 밸브에 있어서,실링부재(5)는 원형으로 구성하여 하부 외측에 실링부재가 외력에 의해 용이하게 눌려지고 복구되도록 홈부(50)와 내측으로 돌출부(500)가 형성되고, 상부에는 개폐판이 출입되도록 출입구(60)가 형성되며,상기 실링부재(5)를 밸브 본체에 고정하고 개폐판(4)의 양쪽을 지지할 수 있도록 테두리(8)가 형성된 실링고정구(80)를 밸브 본체(1)에 결합하고 볼트로 고정한 것을 특징으로 하는 실링구조가 개량된 나이프 게이트 밸브.
