Claims (12)
- 각종 전자 기기의 데이터 입력 수단으로 적용되는 키패드 어셈블리에 있어서,적어도 하나의 메탈돔이 대응 위치에 설치되는 메인 보드;상기 메인 보드의 상부에 설치되어 상기 메탈돔을 가압함과 동시에 모드 전환에 따라 터치 패드로 사용되는 키패드를 포함함되,상기 키패드는,대응 문자/숫자가 각인된 다수의 키탑을 갖는 키탑층;상기 키탑층의 하측에 적층되며, 소정의 비도전층과 상기 비도전층의 상, 하부에 적층되어 소정의 전압이 인가되는 도전층을 포함하여 상기 상, 하부 도전층이 상, 하부 전극으로 동작하는 터치용 EL쉬트(Electro-luminescence sheet);상기 터치용 EL쉬트의 하측에 적층되며, 저부의 상기 메탈돔과 상응하는 위치에 돌출 형성되는 돌기를 갖는 베이스층; 및상기 키패드의 구성 요소들 중 어느 하나의 위치에 개재되어 상기 키탑에 조명을 제공하는 발광용 EL쉬트(Electro-luminescence sheet)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 키패드 어셈블리.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 상, 하부 도전층에 인가되는 전압에 의해 20~30pF의 정전 용량이 발생되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 키패드 어셈블리.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 키탑은 PET(PolyEthylene Terephthalate resin) 또는 PEN(PolyEthylene Naphthalate resin)재질로 형성되며, 상기 베이스는 반투명 또는 투명 재질의 폴리우레탄 또는 실리콘 재질로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 키패드 어셈블리.
- 삭제
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 발광용 EL쉬트는 상기 키탑에 조명을 제공하기 위하여 상기 베이스와 터치용 EL쉬트 사이에 소정의 차단 필름에 의해 상호 간섭이 배제되도록 적층됨을 특징으로 하는 키패드 어셈블리.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 발광용 EL쉬트는 상기 키탑에 조명을 제공하기 위하여 상기 베이스의 하측에 소정의 차단 필름이 개재되도록 적층됨을 특징을 하는 키패드 어셈블리.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 차단 필름과 발광용 EL쉬트는 소정의 관통구가 형성되어 상기 베이스의 돌기가 관통되는 방식으로 상기 베이스의 하측에 적층됨을 특징으로 하는 키패드 어셈블리.
- 제 6항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 발광용 EL쉬트의 광을 상기 키탑까지 도파시키기 위하여 상기 터치용 EL쉬트의 키탑 근처에는 전극 패턴을 인쇄하지 않도록 함을 특징으로 하는 키패드 어셈블리.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 터치용 EL쉬트에 형성되는 상, 하부 전극 패턴은 터치식(touch type) 입력을 위한 격자 형태 또는 드래그식(drag type) 입력을 위한 바둑판 형태로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 키패드 어셈블리.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 메인 보드는 가요성 인쇄회로(FPC) 또는 하드 타입 인쇄회로기판임을 특징으로 하는 키패드 어셈블리.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 키탑층, 터치용 EL쉬트, 베이스층, 차단 필름 및 발광용 EL쉬트는 접착제에 의해 상호 적층되도록 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 키패드 어셈블리.
