Abstract

本发明涉及一种加密键盘,尤其涉及一种防刺探的加密键盘。这种加密键盘包括一键盘面板以及组装在该键盘面板下方的衬板,防水硅胶和主控板,其中该衬板与该防水硅胶贴合表面的周缘设置有凸棱圈,所述加密键盘组装时衬板挤压防水硅胶,且所述凸棱圈对应挤压的防水硅胶厚度小于0.2MM。金属材质的衬板有效防止来自加密键盘侧面的熔融攻击,同时在与硅胶的接触面四周增加两条凸棱图,使得防水硅胶凹槽处的厚度小于0.2MM,即目前最细针的直径,使攻击者无法轻易穿透衬板或硅胶而达到加密键盘内部,有效防止非法从加密键盘内部引出导线,从而能有效保护键盘信息,提高安全性能。

防刺探取款机键盘
技术领域
本发明涉及一种加密键盘,尤其涉及一种防刺探的加密键盘。 
背景技术
由于银行自助设备的硬加密键盘,承担着用户银行密码的输入和加密处理工作,因此在键盘的核心处理部分还存储有银行的工作密钥和主密钥。有些不法分子为了达到不可告人的目的,常通过撬取或刺探键盘来窃取用户密码,甚至解读银行的工作密钥、主密钥,达到窃取银行资料的野心,直接威胁到用户和银行资料、资金的安全。 
加密键盘一般设有刺探检测保护结构和刺探检测保护电路,当键盘遇到物理刺探时,刺探检测保护电路输出自毁信号,实现加密键盘的自毁功能,从而防止不法分子窃取银行资料。 
传统的加密键盘普遍包括键盘面板、塑胶衬板、键粒、防水硅胶、主控板以底板,上述部件通过螺钉紧固装配。其中塑胶衬板和防水硅胶的接触面通常均为光滑的平面,使得塑胶衬板和防水硅胶平行贴合在一起,而且为了达到防水的目的,防水硅胶必须保证一定的厚度,一般厚度为0.5MM。但是0.5MM硅胶使得攻击者很容易使用加热的铁丝穿透防水硅胶,而从按键底下引出导线,实现同加密键盘进行通信的目的,从而窃取客户按键密码及银行密钥等信息。 
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种防刺探的加密键盘。 
本发明提供一种加密键盘,其包括一键盘面板以及组装在该键盘面板下方的衬板,防水硅胶和主控板,其中该衬板与该防水硅胶贴合表面的周缘设置有凸棱圈,所述加密键盘组装时衬板挤压防水硅胶,且所述凸棱圈对应挤压的防水硅胶厚度小于0.2MM。 
优选的,所述衬板为金属材质。 
优选的,所述防水硅胶与衬板周缘的凸棱圈接触位置对应设有凹槽。 
进一步的,所述凸棱圈为2条。 
进一步的,所述防水硅胶的凹槽为2条。 
优选的,所述凹槽的深度小于所述凸棱圈的高度。 
优选的,所述凹槽处防水硅胶的厚度小于0.2MM。 
实施本发明实施例,具有如下有益效果: 
由于衬板改成金属材质,可以有效防止来自加密键盘侧面的熔融攻击;同时在与硅胶的接触面四周增加两条凸棱圈,键盘各模块安装在一起时,由于积压力的作用,使得防水硅胶凹槽处的厚度小于0.2MM,即目前最细针的直径,使攻击者无法轻易穿透衬板或硅胶而达到加密键盘内部,有效防止非法从加密键盘内部引出导线,从而能有效保护键盘信息,提高安全性能;同时防水硅胶其他部分厚度不变,保证了键盘的防水功能。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。 
参阅图1,是本发明所提供的一加密键盘的爆炸图,该加密键盘100,其包括一按键面板1、衬板2、键粒3、防水硅胶4、主控板5以及底板6,键盘面板1上设置9颗组装螺钉11,其中衬板2、键粒3、防水硅胶4、主控板5以及底 板6依次组装在键盘面板1的螺钉11上,并在底板6远离键盘面板1的一侧面通过组装螺母旋紧完成组件装配。 
参阅图2和3,是提供的一衬板结构图,该衬板采用金属材质,且远离键盘版面的一侧面21的周缘设置有两条凸棱圈22,加密键盘10组装时衬板2挤压防水硅胶4,且所述凸棱圈22对应挤压的防水硅胶厚度小于0.2MM。 
参阅图4和5,是提供的一防水硅胶结构图,该防水硅胶4与衬板2周缘的凸棱圈22接触位置对应设有凹槽41。其中两条凹槽41的深度小于所述两条凸棱圈22的高度,且凹槽处的防水硅胶4的厚度小于0.2MM。 
参阅图6和7,是提供的加密键盘的立体示意图,通过键盘面板1上布置的9颗螺钉11,依次将衬板2、防水硅胶4、主控板5、底板6串套组装,键粒并活动固定键盘面板和主控板之间,且穿过衬板上的键粒孔。在底板6远离键盘面板1的一侧面通过组装螺母7旋紧完成组件装配,其中金属衬板2与防水硅胶4接触面21的周缘设置有凸棱圈22正好分别落入防水硅胶4的凹槽41内,由于螺丝固定时的积压力作用,凸棱圈22将凹槽41处的防水硅胶压缩后厚度不到2MM,该厚度小于目前最细的针的直径,因此可以有效防止攻击者使用加热的铁丝穿透防水硅胶4,从按键底下引出导线,获得客户按键密码及银行密钥等信息,因此可以有效提高加密键盘的安全性能;而其他地方防水硅胶厚度仍为0.5MM,可以保证整个加密键盘的防水性能不降低。 
鉴于此,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。 

Claims (6)

1.一种加密键盘,其包括一键盘面板以及组装在该键盘面板下方的衬板、防水硅胶和主控板,其特征在于,该衬板与该防水硅胶贴合表面的周缘设置有凸棱圈,所述加密键盘组装时衬板挤压防水硅胶,挤压后防水硅胶对应于凸棱圈位置的厚度小于0.2MM,所述衬板为金属材质。
2.如权利要求1所述的加密键盘,其特征在于,所述防水硅胶与衬板周缘的凸棱圈接触位置对应设有凹槽。
3.如权利要求1所述的加密键盘,其特征在于,所述凸棱圈为2条。
4.如权利要求2所述的加密键盘,其特征在于,所述防水硅胶的凹槽为2条。
5.如权利要求2所述的加密键盘,其特征在于,所述凹槽的深度小于所述凸棱圈的高度。
6.如权利要求5所述的加密键盘,其特征在于,所述凹槽处防水硅胶的厚度小于0.2MM。
