Claims (4)
- 자동변속기 회전부품인 피측정물(10)의 고정이나 동작에 대한 제어신호를 생성하여 출력하는 PLC(30);상기 PLC(30)의 제어신호에 의하여 피측정물(10)을 고정하고 중심축에서 회전 동작시키는 측정다이(50);상기 피측정물(10)이 중심축에서 회전 동작하는 동안에 런-아웃 변위를 측정하여 출력하되, 피측정물(10)과 120°간격으로 소정거리 이격되게 3개 설치되어 피측정물(10)이 120°회전하는 동안 피측정물(10)의 3점 레이저 포인트의 런-아웃 변위를 측정하는 레이저 변위측정기(20a,20b,20c); 및상기 레이저 변위측정기(20a,20b,20c)에서 출력한 측정값을 연산하여 반경 기준스펙과 비교해서 피측정물(10)의 동심도 양/불량을 판정하는 중앙처리장치(42)를 포함하는 자동변속기 회전부품 동심도 검사시스템.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 중앙처리장치(42)는 PC(40)에 구비된 것으로 모니터(44)를 통하여 각 레이저 변위측정기(20a,20b,20c)별 측정값과, 측정값 양/불량 판정을 디스플레이하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기 회전부품 동심도 검사시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 피측정물(10)은 자동변속기 회전부품 중에서 동심도 관리가 필요한 오일펌프 어셈블리(12), 오버드라이브 유성캐리어(14), 출력 유성캐리어(16), 다이렉트 유성캐리어(18) 중에서 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기 회전부품 동심도 검사시스템.
