Claims (2)
- 제 1 방향으로 연장되며 턴-온 전원이 인가되는 게이트 라인, 상기 게이트 라인과 절연된 상태로 교차되고 소오스 전원이 인가되며 제 2 방향으로 연장되는 제 1, 제 2 데이터 라인, 및 상기 제 2 방향으로 연장되면서 상기 제 1 데이터 라인 및 제 2 데이터 라인의 사이에 형성되어 제 1 전원이 출력되는 공통 바이어스 라인을 포함하는 전원 인가선;상기 게이트 라인 및 상기 제 1, 제 2 데이터 라인이 교차되는 영역들에 상기 턴-온 전원 및 상기 소오스 전원을 입력받아 제 2 전원들이 출력되도록 하는 제 1 박막 트랜지스터들 및 상기 제 2 전원들을 턴-온 전원으로 하고 상기 제 1 전원을 소오스 전원으로 하여 제 3 전원들이 출력되도록 하는 제 2 박막 트랜지스터들을 포함하는 제어용 박막 트랜지스터 그룹;상기 제 1 전원 및 상기 제 2 전원에 의하여 충전된 제 4 전원을 상기 제 2 전원이 오프 되면 상기 제 2 박막 트랜지스터의 게이트 전극에 인가하는 화상 유지용 커패시턴스; 및상기 제2 박막 트랜지스터에서 출력되는 상기 제 3 전원들이 인가되는 유기 전계발광 픽셀들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유기 전계발광 픽셀은 상기 제 2 박막 트랜지스터의 드레인 전극으로부터 상기 제 3 전원을 인가받는 애노드 전극, 상기 애노드 전극의 상면에 형성된 유기 전계발광층 및 상기 유기 전계발광층의 상면에 형성된 캐소드 전극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 디바이스.
