Claims (1)
- 자동변속기용 기어류 및 샤프트의 열처리 방법에 있어서,자동변속기용 기어류 및 샤프트 제품을 910 ~ 950℃로 가열하면서 침탄질화를 실시하여 탄화물 또는 질화물을 제품 표면부에 형성시키는 제1공정과;제1공정후, 상기 제품을 오일 또는 염욕 담금질하는 제2공정과;제2공정후, 1차 냉각 단계로서 액체질소를 이용하여 서브 제로(Sub-zero) 처리조에서 -40℃로 냉각하여 30분간 유지시키는 제3공정과;제3공정후, 제2차 냉각 단계로서 액체질소를 이용하여 -80℃로 냉각하여 40분간 유지시키는 제4공정과;제4공정후, 상기 서브 제로 처리조에서 제품을 꺼내어 150℃에서 60분간 템퍼링 처리하는 제5공정;으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기용 기어류 및 샤프트의 열처리 방법.
