Claims (4)
- 고전압 배터리와 차량의 실내쪽을 연결하는 제1덕트와, 고전압 배터리와 차량의 실외쪽을 연결하는 제2덕트와, 상기 제2덕트내에 장착되는 블로워모터를 포함하는 하이브리드 전기 차량용 고전압 배터리 냉각 장치에 있어서,차량의 실내온도를 검출하는 실내온도 검출센서와;차량의 외기온도를 검출하는 외기온도 검출센서와;상기 실내온도 및 외기온도 검출센서의 신호를 수신하여 상기 블로워모터의 회전방향을 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 전기 차량용 고전압 배터리 냉각 장치.
- 차량의 실내온도 및 외기온도를 측정하는 단계와;미리 설정된 실내온도가 측정된 실내온도보다 높고, 동시에 측정된 실내온도가 측정된 외기온도보다 높으면, 실내난방모드로 진입하는 단계와;미리 설정된 실내온도가 측정된 실내온도보다 낮거나, 측정된 실내온도가 측정된 외기온도보다 낮으면, 배터리 냉각모드로 진입하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 전기 차량용 고전압 배터리 냉각 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 실내난방모드는:제어부에서 미리 설정된 실내온도가 측정된 실내온도보다 높고, 동시에 측정된 실내온도가 측정된 외기온도보다 높음을 감지하는 단계와;상기 제어부의 신호에 따라 블로워모터가 역방향으로 구동하는 단계와;외기가 고전압 배터리쪽으로 유입되어 고전압 배터리의 냉각이 이루어지는 동시에 고전압 배터리의 발열이 실내로 유입되어 실내의 난방이 이루어지는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 전기 차량용 고전압 배터리 냉각 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 배터리 냉각모드는:제어부에서 미리 설정된 실내온도가 측정된 실내온도보다 낮거나, 측정된 실내온도가 측정된 외기온도보다 낮음을 감지하는 단계와;상기 제어부의 신호에 따라 블로워모터가 정방향으로 구동하는 단계와;실내공기가 고전압 배터리쪽으로 배출되어 고전압 배터리에 대한 냉각이 이루어지는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 전기 차량용 고전압 배터리 냉각 방법.
