Abstract

A structure of reinforcing a floor panel of a vehicle is provided to solve a problem of a related art that the strength in left and right directions is weakened due to a bended shape of a stay. A stay(10) includes a central upper portion(10a), left and right flanges(10b), two first coupling flanges(10c), and two second coupling flanges(10d). The central upper portion(10a) has a flat rectangle shape. The left and right flanges(10b) are bended while extending from two opposite edges. The first coupling flanges(10c) extend from the front ends of the left and right flanges(10b). The second coupling flanges(10d) are bended upward between the first coupling flanges(10c). The first and second coupling flanges(10c,10d) are provided with bolt coupling holes.
