- 서열번호 2로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 우라실-DNA 글리코실라제(UDG).
- 제1항의 우라실-DNA 글리코실라제(UDG)를 암호화하는 폴리뉴클레오티드.
- 제2항에 있어서, 서열번호 1로 표시되는 염기서열을 갖는 우라실-DNA 글리코실라제(UDG) 폴리뉴클레오티드.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리뉴클레오티드는 앨트로모나스 마클레오디(Alteromonas macleodii)로부터 분리된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리뉴클레오티드.
- 제2항의 폴리뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 재조합 벡터.
- 제5항의 벡터로 형질전환된 세균.
- 제6항의 형질전환된 세균을 배양하는 단계를 포함하는 제1항의 우라실-DNA 글리코실라제(UDG)를 생산하는 방법.
- 제1항의 우라실-DNA 글리코실라제(UDG)를 포함하는 PCR 반응용 조성물.
- 우라실 염기를 포함하는 DNA 기질 및 제1항의 우라실-DNA 글리코실라제(UDG)를 포함하는 PCR 반응용 조성물을 20 ~ 50℃에서 5 ~ 30분간 반응하는 단계를 포함하는 PCR 반응 산물의 교차오염을 제거하는 방법.
