A heat is applied to the transferring-dyeing paper on the fabric, thereby transferring the patterns and the colors of the transferring-dyeing paper to the fabric. The transferring-dyeing paper has a transfer preventing portion(110) formed by applying transfer preventing chemicals on the transfer surface thereof. During a transferring-dying process using the transfer-dyeing paper, only the remainder except the transfer preventing portion is transferred onto the fabric. The transfer preventing chemicals are aqueous coating solutions.
