- 도로교통 안전시설에서 외부로 노출되도록 설치되어 주변 영상을 촬영하는 카메라와;상기 카메라의 측면에 적어도 1개 이상 설치되어 물체와의 이격 거리를 감지하여 물체가 접촉시 이벤트 신호를 출력하는 물체 감지 센서와;상기 도로교통 안전시설의 내부에 설치되어 상기 물체 감지 센서로부터 이벤트 신호가 입력되면 상기 카메라로부터 입력되는 영상을 별도의 저장 수단에 저장시키는 디지털 비디오 레코더와;상기 도로교통 안전시설에서 외부로 노출되도록 설치되는 태양 전지판; 및상기 도로교통 안전시설의 내부에 설치되어 상기 태양 전지판을 통해 전압이 충전되고, 상기 카메라와, 물체 감지 센서 및 디지털 비디오 레코더로 구동 전압을 제공하는 배터리를 포함하고,상기 물체 감지 센서는, 초음파를 이용하여 물체와의 거리를 판단하는 초음파 센서이며,상기 디지털 비디오 레코더는,상기 카메라로부터 촬영되는 영상을 일정 시간 딜레이시켜 처리하고, 상기 물체 감지 센서로부터 이벤트 신호가 입력되면 딜레이된 영상을 저장시켜 물체와의 충돌전부터 충돌후까지의 영상을 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도로교통 안전시설의 영상감시시스템.
