Claims (6)
- 기판;상기 기판의 일면에 형성되는 유기 발광부; 및상기 유기 발광부를 둘러싸면서 상기 기판과 밀봉되며 배치되는 봉지 기판을 포함하고,상기 봉지 기판은 상기 유기 발광부를 둘러싸도록 이루어지는 측벽부를 포함하며,상기 측벽부는 홈을 구비하고, 상기 홈에는 흡습제가 배치되는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 흡습제는 에폭시(epoxy) 수지로 이루어지는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 측벽부와 상기 기판 사이에 배치되는 밀봉재를 더 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 봉지 기판의 내면에 부착되는 흡습층을 더 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장 치.
- 제4 항에 있어서,상기 흡습층은 투명 재질로 이루어지는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제5 항에 있어서,상기 흡습층은 테이프에 의해 상기 봉지 기판에 부착되는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
