Claims (9)
- 기판;상기 기판 상에 형성된 픽셀부;상기 기판 상에 형성되고, 상기 픽셀부와 전기적으로 연결되어 구동 신호를 전달하며, 다수의 패드들을 포함하는 패드부;상기 패드부와 전기적으로 연결되며, 다수의 패드들을 포함하는 리드부를 포함하는 연결부; 및상기 리드부의 다수의 패드들 상에 위치하며, 각 패드 상에 구분 형성된 금속층을 포함하는 평판 표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 금속층은 상기 리드부의 상기 패드들보다 전기전도도가 높은 물질로 이루어진 평판 표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 금속층은 금(Au), 금 합금, 니켈(Ni), 니켈 합금 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 평판 표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 패드부의 패드들은 둘 이상의 도전층으로 형성되며, 상기 도전층 중 최외각에 위치하는 도전층은 다른 도전층들보다 전기전도도가 높은 금속으로 이루어진 평판 표시장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 패드부의 최외각에 위치하는 도전층은 금(Au), 금 합금, 니켈(Ni), 니켈 합금 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 평판 표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 연결부는 상기 리드부에 전기적으로 연결된 배선부를 포함하며, 상기 리드부의 패드들 상에 위치한 상기 금속층은 상기 배선부 보다 높게 형성되되, 높이가 높아질수록 단면적이 작아지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 패드부와 상기 리드부 사이에 실란트 층을 포함하는 평판 표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 연결부는 연성인쇄회로기판(FPC; Flexible Printed Circuit)인 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 픽셀부는 두 개의 전극 사이에 유기물 발광층을 포함하는 평판 표시장치.
