The present invention relates to a storage tank construction method, and more particularly, to a storage tank construction method capable of fixing the position by preventing the rotation of the storage pipe when the pair of storage pipes are interconnected.

In general, when it rains, rainwater flowing to the ground will seep into the ground or evaporate. However, the destruction of the soil ecosystem due to excessive soil pavement such as urban development and redevelopment due to industrial development deepens the city's heat island and blocks the penetration of rainwater, resulting in urban flooding and groundwater depletion. This results in a vicious cycle that causes changes in the soil ecosystem.

Therefore, as a means to solve this, a storage tank that can save rainwater in rainy season to prevent flood damage, and can use the stored rainwater as a scarce water resource in the rain does not fall.

On the other hand, in the case of constructing a conventional storage tank, a pair of storage pipes having a connection hole formed on the side was first seated after digging the ground using heavy equipment so that a large storage pipe was placed.

Next, the connecting pipe was placed between the connecting holes to interconnect each storage pipe, and then connected by welding.

The storage tank was completed by sealing the front and rear of each storage pipe with concrete or steel plate, and the construction of the storage tank was completed by filling the soil outside the storage tank.

However, in the case of constructing the storage tank in the above manner, when attempting to weld the connecting pipe between the pair of storage pipes, the frequent rotation of each storage pipe occurs, it was difficult to fix the position of the storage pipe.

Therefore, it was necessary to take a lot of manpower and work time to weld the connector by moving the large sized storage pipe in the state that the position of the storage pipe is not fixed.

Accordingly, the present invention was invented to solve the above problems, the storage tank construction that can be fixed to the front and rear of the outer periphery of the pair of storage pipes to prevent the rotation of the storage pipes to secure the position of the storage pipe To provide a method.

The present invention for achieving the above object, in the construction of a plurality of storage tanks to be stored in the basement to store the rain water, after providing a space in the basement so that the storage pipe can be laid a pair of storage holes formed in the side A step of seating the pipes, the connecting holes formed in the respective storage pipes to correspond to each other, and fixing brackets having arcuate grooves at the front and rear of the outer circumference of each storage pipe, respectively; Interconnecting the storage pipes by welding by providing a connection pipe between the connection holes, and coupling the front and rear plates to the front and rear surfaces of the storage pipes, respectively, to complete the storage tank; Characterized in that it consists of the step of filling the soil.

Comprising a step (400) to complete the storage tank (1), and filling the soil to the outside of each of the storage tank (1) .

On the other hand, in the step (100) of seating a pair of storage pipe (2) as shown in Figure 3a, the storage pipe (2) can be buried in a plurality of underground and in the present invention a pair of storage pipe for convenience (2) will be described.

And the storage pipe (2) is large in size, and consists of a corrugated steel pipe having a cylindrical shape of the front and rear open and a spiral bent portion on the outside.

In addition, the storage pipe (2) is provided with an inlet (24) so that rain water can be introduced to one side, the other side is provided with a manhole (25) for the internal maintenance of the storage pipe (2).

In addition, the connection hole 21 is formed on the side of the storage pipe (2) so as to connect a pair of storage pipe (2).

Thus, the storage pipe (2) is to install a transport equipment in each storage pipe (2) after providing a space in the basement using heavy equipment, etc. to be seated in the underground space by the heavy equipment.

Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 3B, in the step 200 of fixing the bracket 3 to the front and rear of the outer circumference of each storage pipe 2, first, a connection hole formed in each storage pipe 2 ( Adjust the position of the reservoir tube 2 so that the 21 is positioned corresponding to each other.

Then, the brackets 3 having the grooves 31 corresponding to the outer diameters of the storage pipes 2 are formed in close contact with the outer circumference of the storage pipes 2.

In particular, the bracket 3 is provided to face each other is composed of a metal plate 32 in close contact with the outside of the storage pipe (2). Therefore, the bracket (3) is in close contact with the outer side of the storage pipe (2) and then bonded by fixing by welding.

Therefore, by fixing the bracket (3) to each storage pipe (2) to prevent the rotation of each storage pipe (2) to fix the position.

On the other hand, as shown in Fig. 2 and 3c, in the step 300 of interconnecting the storage pipe (2), when a plurality of storage pipe (2) is used, a connection hole formed on the side of the storage pipe (2) The connecting pipe 4 is positioned between the 21 and welded to fix it.

Therefore, it is used to connect the storage pipe (2) of the required amount through the connecting pipe (4) to supply rain water.

Then, in the step 400 of closing the front and rear of the storage pipe 2 with the front and rear plates 22 and 23 to complete the storage tank 1, the front and the rear of the storage pipe 2 are made of concrete. Although it can be sealed, this takes up a lot of space for construction, it is preferable to fix by welding using the front and rear plates (22, 23) the same as the diameter of the storage pipe (2).

Therefore, the storage tank 1 capable of storing rainwater is completed by sealing the front and rear plates 22 and 23 at the front and the rear of the storage pipe 2.

Finally, in step 500 of filling and filling the earth and sand, when the assembling work of the storage tank 1 in which rainwater is stored is completed, the basement is provided to position the storage tank 1 as well as the vicinity of the storage tank 1 using heavy equipment. Fills the earth and sand. And after filling the earth and sand is evenly grounded to complete the construction of the storage tank (1).

As described above, the present invention has an effect of facilitating the construction of the storage tank by fixing the brackets in front and rear around the outer periphery of the pair of storage pipes to prevent rotation of the storage pipes and thereby fixing the position of the storage pipes.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to the accompanying drawings, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that many other obvious modifications are possible without departing from the scope of the invention from this description.
