- 삭제
- 유체의 유동로를 형성하는 관체에 설치되어 상기 유동로와 상호 연락되는 유로를 형성하고, 상기 유로의 중앙 상부에는 유로를 외부로 개구되게 하는 통공이 그리고 그 통공과의 반대쪽에는 유로의 내주벽면으로부터 유로의 일부를 막는 형태를 이루며 상기 통공쪽으로 돌출된 상단이 반원형 구조를 이루는 돌출막을 갖는 밸브 몸체, 상기 밸브 몸체의 통공을 폐쇄하도록 착탈되게 설치되며 내측으로는 상기 유로와 연락하는 공간을 형성하고 중앙에는 공간으로 압력을 부여하기 위한 구멍이 설치된 커버, 하부로 볼록한 반구형부를 갖으며 상기 커버와 몸체와의 사이에 밸브 몸체의 통공을 페쇄하는 상태로 위치되어 상기 커버와 같이 상기 밸브 몸체에 탈착되게 체결되고 상기 반구형부는 유로를 폐쇄하게 상기 돌출막에 당접되게 위치하여 상기 커버의 구멍을 통해 상기 공간으로 유입되는 상기 관체의 내부압력의 부여 및 해제 여부에 따라 상기 유로를 탄력적으로 개폐하기 위한 고무재질의 밸프 판을 구비하여 된 다이아프램식 컨트롤 밸브에 있어서,상기 밸브 판의 반 구형부의 반대 측면에는 연부로부터 중앙을 향하도록 막대상의 돌기들을 방사상으로 돌출 형성하되, 상기 돌기는 상기 밸브판의 중심으로부터 연부 쪽으로 갈수록 폭이 좁아지는 형태로 돌출형성되고, 그 상단은 유선형으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 다이아프램식 컨트롤 밸브.
