Claims (17)
- a) 생분해성 고분자를 용매에 용해시켜 얻은 고분자 용액에 과산화수소-함유 화합물을 첨가하고 균일하게 혼합하는 단계,b) 단계 a)에서 얻어진 용액을 -196 ℃ 내지 상온 범위의 온도에서 방치하여 용매를 증발시키는 단계, 및c) 단계 b)에서 얻어진 고분자 시편을 과산화수소 분해촉매-함유 수용액에 넣고 발포시킨 후 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는, 다공성 생분해 고분자 지지체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 생분해성 고분자가, 5,000 내지 2,000,000 g/mol 범위의 중량평균 분자량을 갖는 폴리글리콜산(PGA), 폴리락트산(PLA), 락트산-글리콜산 공중합체(PLGA), 폴리-ε-카프로락톤(PCL), 폴리아미노산, 폴리안하이드라이드, 폴리오르쏘에스테르, 및 이들의 유도체 및 공중합체 중에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 생분해성 고분자가 고분자 용액 총 중량의 5 내지 15 중량% 범위의 양으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용매가 유기용매이거나, 또는 유기용매와 비용매의 혼합용 매인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 유기용매가 메틸렌클로라이드, 클로로포름, 사염화탄소, 아세톤, 다이옥산 및 테트라히드로퓨란으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 비용매가 물, 에탄올, 메탄올 및 아세톤으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 유기용매와 비용매의 혼합용매가, 유기용매와 비용매를 80:20 내지 95:5의 부피비로 혼합한 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
