Claims (3)
- 각종 음식물 쓰레기를 재활용하도록 하는 음식물쓰레기 자원화 공정에 있어서,수거된 음식물을 반입, 저장, 파쇄, 선별, 분쇄한 후, 분리기에 의해 고형물과 액상으로 분리하는 전처리공정(S1)과;상기 전처리공정(S1)에서 분리된 액상 음식물을 점도에 따라 저점도의 음식물은 1차로 기계적증기재압축기를 이용한 다중튜브를 갖는 박막유하형농축기로 농축시키고, 고점도의 음식물은 2차로 회전되는 코일을 전열면으로 하는 기계식회전형농축기로 농축시켜 수분을 증발시키는 농축공정(S2)과;상기 전처리공정(S1)에서 분리된 고형 음식물과 상기 농축공정(S2)에서 농축된 액상슬러지를 고속으로 회전하는 혼합기로 균질하게 혼합시킨 후, 관다발 형상으로 다수 형성되어 회전되며 내부에 고열의 스팀이 공급되는 튜브를 가열매체로 하는 건조기로 건조시키는 건조공정(S3)과;상기 건조공정(S3)에서 건조된 고형분을 철분리, 정선, 분쇄, 이송, 저장, 포장 및 출하하는 제품공정(S4)과;상기 농축공정(S2)과 건조공정(S3)에서 발생된 증발폐증기를 응축시켜 환경오염을 일으키지 않도록 배출시키는 폐수처리공정(S5);으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물쓰레기 자원화 공정.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 건조공정(S3)은 건조를 마친 음식물의 일정량을 다시 상기 혼합기로 투입하여 순환시킴으로써 건조효율을 상승시키는 건조제품순환량조절단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물쓰레기 자원화 공정.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 폐수처리공정(S5)은 농축공정(S2)과 건조공정(S3)에서 발생된 응축수의 협잡물이 제거되는 스크린조를 거치는 제1단계(S51)와;상기 제1단계(S51)를 거친 협잡물이 제거된 응축수가 유량조정조에서 방류된 순환수와 혼합되는 제2단계(S52)와;상기 제2단계(S52)를 거친 순환수와 혼합된 일정농도의 응축수가 완충조에서 PH조정과정을 거치는 제3단계(S53)와;상기 제3단계(S53)를 거친 응축수가 혐기성 미생물을 이용하여 유기물을 제거하는 내부순환형 고효율혐기성소화조로 유입되는 제4단계(S54)와;상기 제4단계(S54)를 거쳐 분해된 응축수는 침지막반응조를 거쳐 방류수질을 맞추는 제5단계(S55)와;상기 제5단계(S55)를 거친 처리수가 방류조로 최종 이송되는 제6단계(S56);로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물쓰레기 자원화 공정.
