Claims (6)
- 유기폐액의 매개 전기화학적 산화공정에서 발생하는 물을 제거하는 증류 장치에 있어서,상기 증류장치는 다공성 불소 수지로 이루어진 멤브레인;상기 멤브레인 하부에 위치하며 멤브레인을 지지하는 멤브레인 지지체;상기 멤브레인 지지체 하부에 위치하며 전해액 유입부 및 전해액 유출부를 구비하는 전해액 수용부; 및상기 멤브레인 상부에 위치하며 투과수 유출부 및 응축기를 구비하는 투과수 수용부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기폐액의 매개산화 공정에서 발생하는 물을 제거하는 멤브레인 증류 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 멤브레인 증류 장치는 매개이온에 의하여 유기 폐액의 산화분해가 이루어지는 매개산화반응조;상기 매개산화반응조로부터 1차 산화 분해된 처리액이 유입되고, 매개이온에 의해 2차 산화분해가 이루어지는 아노드액 저장조;상기 아노드액 저장조로부터 환원된 매개이온을 포함한 처리액이 유입되며, 환원된 매개이온을 산화시키는 아노드실과 상기 아노드실로부터 전자를 받아 캐소드액을 환원시키는 캐소드실 및 상기 캐소드실 사이에 격막이 구비된 전해셀; 및상기 캐소드실로부터 유입되는 캐소드액을 산화시키고 다시 전해셀의 캐소드실로 유입되도록 하는 캐소드액 재생조;를 포함하여 구성되는 매개산화 장치의 아노드액 저장조 또는 캐소드액 재생조에 독립적으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기폐액의 매개산화 공정에서 발생하는 물을 제거하는 멤브레인 증류 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 아노드액은 Ce(Ⅳ) 또는 Ag(Ⅱ)에서 선택되는 매개 금속이온과 질산이 함유된 전해액이고, 상기 캐소드액은 질산이 함유된 전해액인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기폐액의 매개산화 공정에서 발생하는 물을 제거하는 멤브레인 증류 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 멤브레인 증류장치의 전해액 수용부 및 멤브레인 지지체는 PVDF 재질이고, 상기 멤브레인은 0.2㎛ 이하의 다공성 PTFE인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기폐액의 매개산화 공정에서 발생하는 물을 제거하는 멤브레인 증류 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 응축기와 멤브레인의 간극이 3mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기폐액의 매개산화 공정에서 발생하는 물을 제거하는 멤브레인 증류 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전해액 유입부로 유입되는 전해액의 온도는 70 내지 95℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기폐액의 매개산화 공정에서 발생하는 물을 제거하는 멤브레인 증류 장치.
